This home is in a scenic location.
Soak in the private hot tub after a fun-filled day when you stay at this lovely Bear Mountain retreat for 7.
With ski-lifts in sight, there's mountain fun around every corner. Walk to skiing and snowboarding in the winter, take the lifts during summer-season for beautiful views, or walk to the hiking trails nearby.
Prepare meals in the newly remodeled kitchen, or use the gas bbq outside.
Relax in the living room next to the warm gas fireplace and watch Roku.

The space
This townhome/condo is situated right on the slopes of bear mountain next to the park features. You can sit on the outside patio with a cup of coffee and enjoy the skiers/ boarders or ski down to get your own lift ticket.
There are three upstairs bedrooms with one king suite with in room recently remodeled shower, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with twin bunk beds. A full bathroom is also located upstairs. For convenience there is also a half bath downstairs.
The kitchen is recently remodeled with new cabinets and counter.
There is a 6 person spa outside if you want to enjoy the snow while in the warmth.
There are two parking spaces during the winter one in the single car garage and one in front of the garage and no street parking.
All rooms have a ROKU where you can login to your favorite streaming service or watch local TV.
During the summer there are multiple nearby hiking paths and you can see the vast resort from the patio.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo. There are also tennis courts open during the summer. You will need to complete an on site orientation during your stay. I will message you to get this set up.

Other things to note
There is a required JotForm to be completed prior to check in, without that form completed in a timely manner, you will not be able to check in or you will be charged a $500 convenience fee.

Hi! I am Jillian. I love Big Bear and my family loves Big Bear also. This is my father- in- laws home he purchased so that everyone in the family can enjoy the sights and fun of Big Bear.
