Interaction with guests
We love visiting with guests but are also on the move ourselves. While we are happy to provide guidance and ideas for visitors, we do not hover and encourage our guests to come and go as they please. Our guests usually have their own busy itineraries.
Our Neighbor has lots of trees and open space and is filled with a great variety of unique houses. Within 10 minutes walk is one of the boroughs of Newton - Newtonville Center which offers a bread shop, several coffee shops, restaurants and shops.
The Commuter rail into Fenway, Back Bay and South Station is a 5-8 minute walk. Also 5-8 minutes away are buses that will take you right into Boston as well as Watertown.
Late evening arrivals are fine if you are very quiet, no smoking, must be ok with dog - cockapoo, who is friendly and does not shed. Request no perfume if possible. Check-out is on the morning of your check-out day - but let me know if you need a different arrangement. Dependent upon the day I can be very flexible.
