Guests have access to the entire house, except for the locked owner’s closets and the elevator, which is currently out of order.

Other things to note
The living spaces are located on the second and third floors, so guests should be prepared to use stairs. The first floor is a ground-level area used for storing beach supplies and includes an outdoor shower.

Hurricane Season (June 1–Nov 30):
Storms may affect travel, though direct hits to Galveston are rare. We recommend travel insurance that covers weather-related issues. Refunds are only issued if a mandatory evacuation is ordered on the island.
