This place is very cozy if you want to have relaxing, quite, and tranquil holiday. I really had a great time here. Prepare your clothes for canoeing because the lake is beautiful to enjoy

The cabin was cozy and the adjacent lake was beautiful. It felt very remote, in a good way. Far enough from the highway to not have any sounds of traffic. I will definitely recommend this cabin to my friends when they want to get away in Maine.

My family of four stayed at Jay's lake house right next to the red cabin. The house was small and lovely and right on the lake. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and Jay provided sheets, blankets, and pillows for us. It's the perfect place to stay if you want somewhere quiet. Jay also let us use his kayak and row boat and there is a dock in the water that you can swim to. His neighbor Barry was very kind and showed us around the whole neighborhood, where the small beach was, and the nearest grocery stores and attractions. He also brought us a coal grill that we could use to make kebabs and s'mores! We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here! (Also- you're only about 25 minutes from North Conway and hiking!)

Right next to the water this was a great little cabin. There's plenty of sleeping space between the queen sized bed in one room and the bunk bed in the other. And the couch in the living area. The kitchen was a little small but perfectly fine unless multiple people were trying to cook on the stove top. Lots of farm stands on the way to the cabin so we picked up a lot of extra stuff along the way. The neighbor down the street had some adorable dogs we got to meet during a walk. We got to use the canoe which was very relaxing and a great way to wind down the day before smores. There was a nice fire pit that was not effected by the rain that happened an hour earlier because of the smart lid. We had a great time and found a handful of places to visit. One of the neighbors, Barry I think, told us about a few of the surrounding areas and helped us with the canoe. Great guy.

Jay's place is very good. It have two bedrooms and nice living room. The view of the lake is really good. Only one thing confuse me is there is no signal for your phone in this area and also there is no Wi-Fi at all. Without this, is a fantastic place.

Very nice place, near a beautiful lake, cozy living room. Two bedrooms with confortable beds. No internet connection at all for miles. Better to bring your own bed sheets.

The cabin was cozy and well stocked with a canoe to enjoy the fall colors in 80 degree September weather! Jay was friendly, the neighbors accommodation and the weekend wonderful!
