Riverfront Custom built TINY HOME, new roof, plumbing, wiring, AC, floors, bath, tile in new bath, overlooking 2 acre lawn & Colorado River. Next to 21 acre park and open space along river, with one quiet neighbor, and direct access to tennis & basketball courts. Amenities: BBQ grill, 2 fire pits, large swing, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, 2 canoes, tennis rackets, fishing poles.

The space
Its tiny. And its on the river.

Guest access
The tiny home and the lawn down st the river. There’s also a park next door.

Other things to note
This is a nature setting, on a live river. There will be bugs and sometimes small critters. I saw a raccoon once. The laundry for the entire place is in the bathroom, so Sami our on-site manager need to run her laundry if you’re staying a few days.
