The space
**UPDATED JULY 9, 2026**
As of August 20, 2025, construction commenced on a nearby lot approximately 100 ft from the villa. We have been informed that the project is expected to wrap up around August 2026, although we cannot guarantee this timeline as we are not affiliated with the contractor. Construction has generally taken place Monday–Friday (full day) and Saturday (until noon), with no Sunday work planned, though schedules may change without notice. Because we do not control the project, we cannot accurately predict the level of noise at any given time.
That said, we've hosted **37 families** since construction began and have not received any negative feedback related to the construction. To account for the possibility of occasional disruption, a discount has already been reflected in the current rental rates.

Once inside, you'll be greeted with pouring natural light and soft Caribbean winds flowing through the dazzling open-concept layout. You can make your way past the large Arcadia doors and indulge into the tropical paradise you came for!
This impeccably designed home provides comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy each other's company, offering six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and multiple lounging areas. Whether you're traveling with family or groups of friends, Villa Allegria was purposely equipped with amenities that call for spending time together and creating treasured memories. Table tennis, foosball, board games, kayaks, a BBQ grill, and a "Teen's Cave," among other unique spaces, are sure to delight the young ones. Set directly across from the villa, Mangrove Cay is home to some of the most beautiful flora & fauna in the country so make sure to hop on your kayaks and discover Provo's exotic wildlife: birds, lemon sharks, sting rays, and the only rock iguanas in the world!
Just past the cozy outdoor living area with a private (saltwater) pool, a fire pit, and comfortable seating lies a picture-perfect strip of Grace Bay Beach that you may get to call your own. Repose and dilute your worries on this award-winning beach, where you can enjoy long walks along its 12 miles, float in the shallow waters, and partake in some of the many adventures offered by nearby tour operators. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a luxurious & restful week. Nevertheless, within a short drive away, you'll find the famous Provo Golf Club, bars & restaurants, Bird Rock Trail, convenience stores, motorized rentals, the Blue Haven Marina, and more. The latter houses most of the island's private boat charters and sunset cruises, which offer an extensive repertoire of fun things to do -you can even be picked up for a private tour right off the beach!
If you're looking for a large & lavish home in a secluded location without sacrificing the convenience of nearby attractions and shops, Villa Allegria offers just that. So pack light and meet us where there's never a need to shovel snow -you're in for a treat.

Notes:
• Please note that infants (under 2 years old) are counted towards the total occupancy. While Airbnb does not charge for infants even if they exceed the standard occupancy, we will need to apply an additional charge of $594 if an infant causes the occupancy to exceed the standard limit.

TC Villas is a boutique company with a very small team (and we like it that way!). When you call our office, we will take as much time as needed to find you the best villa for your needs. Our business has grown as a result of this personal touch and it has become our mission to form relationships with all of our guests, new as well as the many return and referral guests we are fortunate enough to have.
The founder of our company, Henry Moog, began TC Villas after he and his family discovered the beautiful and pristine island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos in 1970. Back then, there were no telephones, TVs, or creature comforts–in fact, islanders communicated via VHF (sort of a walkie-talkie device!). Henry constructed several dozens of villas on Provo, including many of the villas on our site.
Provo has changed quite a bit since 1970, but the beautiful clear water and sugar sand beaches remain. We are frequent travelers to the island and are happy to offer insight as to the culture of the island (there’s no Neiman Marcus here!), as well as the best spots for lunch, fun water activities, where to buy local fish, and how to plan for an unforgettable vacation.
When you call our office, you will speak to someone who has either seen or stayed in these villas. Our descriptions and photos of the villas are true and accurate. Because our villa specialists are not paid on commission, we will always offer you our honest advice–even if that means we don’t have a villa suitable for your needs!
