Relax in our stylish cottage featuring a queen bed, big-screen TV, and a handy kitchenette. Enjoy year-round comfort with heat and air, plus a charming yard to unwind. Steps from great dining and nightlife, and just minutes from Uptown and South End—perfect for exploring or simply recharging.

The space
Make yourself at home!
Whip up something tasty in the kitchenette, complete with a mini fridge, microwave, electric stove, and spacious breakfast bar.
Fresh coffee lovers will enjoy our custom Enderly Coffee blend, always ready to brew.
Unwind on the comfy couch with a massive TV, or sink into the cozy queen bed for a restful night—kept perfectly cool or warm with central heat and air. A roomy wardrobe makes it easy to settle in and stay organized.
The bathroom features a sparkling rain shower and all the essentials you need to refresh and recharge after a day exploring Charlotte.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to the common areas in the back yard. Please keep to the walking trails. Please do use the rear access gate to dispose of rubbish.

Use of the main house, including the front and back porch, the front yard, gas and electric grills, fire pit, and storage shed are not intended for guest use.

Please Read Before Your Stay:

-Kindly stay on the stone path and avoid walking on the grass or garden areas.

-As we’re in the City of Charlotte, please expect usual city sounds: emergency vehicles; construction; pets; traffic; planes; or yard work.

-For everyone’s safety, video doorbells and exterior cameras monitor the walkways and driveway. The cottage also has an alarm system and smart smoke/CO2 detector.

-Please note there are 3 steps leading into the cottage.

-Appliances are thoughtfully sized for a cozy stay (mini fridge, microwave, kitchenette, etc.). If you prefer a larger space with full-size amenities, the Yellow Cottage may not be the best fit.

-We’re excited to host guests who value the unique charm of the Yellow Cottage, here in Dilworth’s historic neighborhood—surrounded by parks, restaurants, shops, and Uptown.

-Overnight EV Level 2 charging is available through a non-Tesla J-Plug home charger. Charging is $30 per sedan size vehicle, per one night charging. $50 per vehicle larger than a sedan, per one night charging.

Access to the cottage requires:
-Walking the length of the property from the street or parking area.

Originally the brainchild of Edward Dilworth Latta in the 1890s, Dilworth was Charlotte's first streetcar suburb. To attract residents and businesses to the suburb, Latta built a 90-acre park as an enticement. Duck Donuts, Starbucks, and Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar, Bakersfield, Foxcroft Wine Bar, TCBY, Dolce Italian, Zen Fusion, Konnichiwa, and Vibe Cafe are all a 5 minute walk.
