Lisa's home is lovely and she is very accommodating. My days were very busy during my visit to Ann Arbor and Lisa's home was a nice place to end the day and get a good night sleep. Her home is very comfortable, great location with Eberwhite woods around the corner for a walk in the woods.
Staying at Lisa's place makes my moving a smooth transition. The room was clean and lovely and private enough. And Lisa is a great host. The map she drew helped me a lot when I first got to Ann Arbor. It was very kind of her to lend me changes for the bus and offer to company to the bus station. I had a really great time! And I really appreciate Lisa's host. I definitely recommend her place to my friends.
My wife and I had a very pleasant stay -- welcoming, comfortable and quiet. If we ever need overnight accommodation in Ann Arbor again, we would definitely try to return to this very pleasant B&B.
Our host, Lisa, made us feel very welcome. The house was beautiful and situated in a lovely neighborhood. She upgraded us to an even larger bedroom with its own terrace and its own bathroom. The kitchen was beyond anything I could have imagined. The breakfast of granola and blueberries was a perfect way to start our day.
My husband and I were in town for only one day/evening for the art fair, but loved the location with regard to the downtown area and the quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable, private and our host Lisa was very welcoming. We will return to this great location in the future!
I enjoyed staying at Lisa's house. The room was even nicer than the photo -- cathedral ceiling, a nice sofa in addition to the queen size bed, and an extra space for a futon. Lisa even left some tasty almond milk in the fridge for me. The room was very quiet. The house was lovely and in a very nice neighborhood.

About the Host, Lisa
I have lived in Ann Arbor for the last 30 years, and love my town. I have a beautiful, historic house on the old west side, a 20 minute stroll to downtown and to Michigan Stadium. I am a 5 minute walk to the Ann Arbor city bus stop. My rooms are cozy, private and very comfortable. I am LGBT friendly and want everyone to feel comfortable and welcome in my home. I offer coffee, tea and homemade granola with fruit and yogurt for your breakfast. My home vibe is casual, friendly and easy-going. I currently have two rooms available. Both have their own private bathroom, with bathtub and shower. There is free wifi and laundry, a lovely backyard with table and chairs, a hammock and a gas grill . I also have bicycles you can use. Eberwhite woods is right next door, which is a nice place for a walk. In the cool weather, I always have a fire going in the living room, which you will have full access to. You can also have access to a fridge for your food, and if you want to cook up something, that's fine too. I work as a school social worker in the county juvenile jail. I study and practice Nonviolent Communication, and I run a non profit organization called Selma Cafe that supports local food initiatives and sustainable agriculture. I teach yoga, and I love to knit, garden, cook, kayak, swim, and in the winter, cross country ski. I speak a little Spanish, I love to travel, and I enjoy hosting guests in my home. I look forward to connecting with you.
