We're also available to answer any questions you may have. You'll get door access codes to the house that allow you to come and go according to your own schedule.
Killington, Vermont is a beautiful mountain town. In the winter, there is the best skiing and riding on the east coast. In the spring and summer, there are tons of outdoor activities. In the fall, you have amazing fall foliage.
We love our location! We're just off the main Killington Access road which means you're close to everything - bars, restaurants, shops and less than 2 miles to the mountain. We're also less than 10 minutes to both the Killington golf course and Green Mountain National golf course, plus hiking, swimming, antiquing and much more.
While we recommend having a car in Killington and have ample parking space, the Killington Bus is about a half mile from the house and can take you to the mountain as well as to the city of Rutland.
There are also numerous taxi and shuttle services in the area. In fact, the bars run their own free shuttles which we strongly recommend taking if you plan to go out drinking.

Had an amazing time! The place had more than enough room and everything that we needed to prepare our family dinner that we planned, only thing is we wish we had more time to enjoy the place. Thank you
Host is really nice, I changed the headcount at the last minute and he helped with it. The TV is awesome in the house. We stayed warmly. Kitchen is awesome and fully set up. Hot tup is fantastic.
Great house. Great area. Great times.
Thanks for the incredibly smooth process, Dave.
Thanks Dave. Wr really enjoyed your home. Such a peaceful location and would love to come visit when there's snow. Thanks for your hospitality!
Dave was very helpful and an active communicator before and up to the day of our trip.
The house was clean and provided the amenities listed. Neighborhood was quiet but close to town.
The house was smaller than what the pictures suggest.
Other than that I cannot recommend this house and host more. It was a great experience. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends.
Dave was an awesome host. Replied right away, was super helpful and answered all our questions. The place is just wonderful, very clean, ergonomic and cosey. Would definetly recommend this place!
The cabin was private, spacious and clean. Located on a dirt road and difficult to find, as the homemade signage was misleading. Went up several roads and viewed several cabins before settling in. Beds were comfortable; towels were few. Great TV. Check-in, check-out times could have been better. Overall, a good experience.
We're glad that you had a good experience staying with us. You're actually the first guest to report problems with finding the house though! The address comes up perfectly on GPS devices and we thought the directions in our guide were pretty good! As you were only there for one night, I'm sorry the check in and check out times didn't work for you. If you had let us know in advance, we could have worked with you as we often do for other guests. Maybe next time!

I'm a tech guru who has become a vacation rental guru. I spend most of the year with my family in Buenos Aires, Argentina with frequent trips back to Killington, Vermont. We have properties that we own and manage in both locations (yes, that is a lot of distance to cover). I'm also a father, snowboarder, dog lover and traveller.
