The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including an oven and hub, a toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
The bathroom is spacious and has a big bathtub with a shower curtain so you can enjoy both, refreshing showers or long bubble baths.
There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

Guest Access

As our guest you will have the whole apartment to yourself. You won’t have to share it with anybody else. You may also use the courtyard to store your bicycle.

Once you have booked you will receive a welcome email from us with information about the check in procedure and extensive recommendations for activities, sightseeing, restaurants and bars in Berlin.
During your stay with us we will also be there for you by email or phone.

The Neighborhood

Our apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful and trendy Prenzlauer Berg district, known for its thriving cafe, club and art gallery culture.

Excellent public transport connections take you into Mitte in about 10 minutes, where you can visit main Berlin attractions such as Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, or Hackescher Markt.
From there you can walk to the Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie.
The tram M10 connects the Prenzlauer Berg with Friedrichshain where you can visit the famous East Side Gallery or enjoy Berlin’s buzzing night life.

Just around the corner from the apartment you will find plenty of cafés, kitsch boutiques, alternative-style bars, a shopping centre, restaurants and grocery stores. The popular Helmholzplatz is only a leisurely 10 min stroll away, same as the Kulturbrauerei, an old brewery with shops and nightlife.
Also in the neighborhood is the huge & popular park "Volkspark Friedrichshain", with lakes, a fairytale fountain, film showings and beer gardens.
Don't miss the nearby Mauerpark with its large flea market and renowned outdoor karaoke on Sundays. Especially in the Summer a must see.

Other Things to Note

We have removed a walk in closet and have thus enlarged the living room and made space for up to 4 people. The last pictures show the new layout.

Available via wifi.

Bed linen and 1 hand towel + 1 bath towel per person are included. Extra towels cost extra and need to be ordered 1 week prior to your arrival.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet courtyard and is therefore easily accessible.

Parking fees have to be paid in the area around the apartment. We therefore recommend to park your car on the street Schonensche Straße which is about 600 meters away and has free public parking on the street. By day you can usually find a parking place without a problem, in the evening it may take a little longer to find a spot.

If you would like to stay close to your car, why not book one of our apartments that are located on Grellstraße?

If check in takes place after 9 p.m. there will also be an extra late check in fee of 20 EUR.

Since the 1st of January 2014 all private Berlin visitors have to pay the so called City Tax. This 5% tax has to be paid on top of the price you pay on airbnb and will be collected during the check in.
For more information please refer to the federal state of Berlin website.
