We had a great time in this apartment, which is on the ground level. Good for us because of our luggage and a stroller. They were there to meet us on the street that evening when we arrived. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The actual street it's on is a bit boring (as far as cafés and such go) but there are great streets nearby and the S and U trains are very close. The shower was awesome.
5mins to subway, good location, a lot bars and restaurant is no kore than 10mins walking. quiet and clean apt.
Alan made a very comprehensive book of the things to do and see in the neighbourhood. We welcomed that. It is a great location and Alan spent time explaining many features to us. This is a big plus. We were 4 people and our grown up children slept on a pullout couch which was quite uncomfortable. The flat really is not suitable for 4 people.
