This accommodation is also close to and is well connected to some of London’s famous attraction.

One of the main features of the bedroom (praised by my friends) is the double glazed window. This was recently installed to block noise (people and vehicles) which was previously an issue.

I have booked this apartment for my parents who were visiting london during the summer break
The apartment was very centrally located
Very short Walking distance to kingly and crranby streets in the heart of soho
Lucy is a great host she attended all my requests and communications (I really appreciated that)
However the bathroom light was not working and my parents commented that the TV did not work (but we did not report it to lucy because I'm sure she would have fixed them immediately)
Despite the comments about noises my parents never mentioned anything about troubled sleeping.
On the safety side I found the apartment to be pretty safe as you have an electronic key to enter the building (which remined locked all times) and then of course a key to enter the apartment
I would highly recommend the apartment to all walks of travellers.
Location was fab! Really accommodating and flexible with check in and out times.
Would definitely use again!
The Good: Location was amazing. Being very close to the Underground (Oxford Circus) made it very easy to get around London. Also close to wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants. Being 3 females, we felt quite safe staying here. Great communication and the housekeeper (Donna I think) was lovely. We were able to check in before allocated time.
The Bad: Apartment could really do with a freshening up. Shower definitely needs to be addressed. Shower head not attached to wall and the water was either scalding hot (so hot you couldn't hold the shower head) or freezing cold, no in between. Bathroom as clean as it could be, but missing tiles and years of mould made it look pretty bad. Beds not very comfortable at all. Dble bed hard as a rock with broken supports and the sofa bed sagged. Kitchen seemed fine, everything you could need, although we didn't end up cooking there so cant comment on stove . Nor did we use the washer. The apartment also stunk really badly of stale cigarettes. Quite unbearable for 3 nonsmokers. Opened the windows, but there was a male person very close by in the neighborhood that constantly yelled for the 3 days we were there. Of course him yelling isn't Lucys fault at all. But due to the smell, we needed the windows open and he yelled late into the night and started again at 5am. Also, not that we really cared about this, but the tv reception was nonexistent. Great location to explore London from though.
Appartement conforme à la description. Situation idéale en plein centre ville. Lucy est très réactive et communique parfaitement. Nous avons passè une excellent semaine.
Our host was flexible about our arrival and departure, though it turned out that the next set of guests arrived before the time we were scheduled to depart and which made for an awkward, chaotic scene with Lucyn's Assistant. The location is truly wonderful but the flat itself was much smaller than we expected. It is probably fine for 2 people (we had 4) but the fold-out sofa bed was a bit tippy. uncomfortable and did not fit the space very well. The flat smelled like cigarette smoke which we were sensitive to. The shower head is still broken though that was not a big problem. We were grateful for the kitchen and amenities like microwave and teakettle.
We don't know personally the Host Lucy, but she is kind and present any time in (email hidden)e flat is essential but cleany. Very easy to reach because of transports and the position.
First, the good news: the location of the apartment is fantastic. It's in the heart of Soho with easy access to all transport and many of the sites. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a minute or two walk. I can't say enough good things about the location. The location is quiet, except for occasional noise outside from neighbors. The size was fine for us; two adults and two children, but it would be a really tight squeeze for four adults. The pictures suggest more space than there is, but again it was fine for us.
I think that the flat needs a bit of of modernizing, as it's a bit dated and worn. A new shower head should be a priority. However, if you just need a place to sleep while you explore London then it is perfectly fine. I would certainly stay there again, albeit without the kids.
I did not meet or speak with our host, but her apartment cleaner was nice. We arrived after 3pm, but the flat wasn't ready. So we had to wander around for an hour and a half while it was prepared. A slight inconvenience.
