Our new construction custom designed condo is walking distance to tons of the best restaurants in town. For fancier dinners, we recommend Alleia, Public House, or Main Street Meats. For more casual dining, we like burgers at Slick’s, oysters at Stir, ceviche at State of Confusion, delicious bites and beer at Oddstory brewery, and breakfast at Niedlov’s or Bluegrass Grill. If you’d like to stay in cook, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances and sharp knives!

The space
Both bedrooms have luxurious queen-size Saatva mattresses, and there is a sofa bed in the living area.

Neighborhood highlights

Southside chattanooga is home to some of the best/trendiest eateries in town within walking distance (less than a mile), including Niedlov’s Bakery, State of Confusion, Main Street Meats, OddStory Brewing, and Bluegrass Grill. Don’t miss the the Chattanooga Choo Choo complex and the Sculpture Fields at Montague park, just a short walk from the Condo.

A short drive will take you to Lookout Mountain, where you’ll find Point Park, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railway. Also nearby are the Walnut Street Walking Bridge over the Tennessee River, Tennessee Aquarium, Hunter Museum of American Art in the Bluff View Arts District, and the Chattanooga Riverwalk.

NOTE: A new bar, Shady’s Corner, just opened around the corner from the condo, so there has been increased noise and traffic, especially on weekends.
