Located in the historic Mid-Town district just minutes from Uptown Columbus's best restaurants, shops, whitewater rafting, nightlife, Ft. Benning and the National Infantry Museum. Fully equipped kitchen to cook during your stay, Hi-Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Washer/Dryer and comfortable beds! This property is located in a Urban, older, Mid-town neighborhood, the neighbors are extremely friendly. We have never experienced any crime issues, etc with this property. Off street Parking Available.

The space
The owner lives in one room and the 3 other rooms are rented out. From the window/door you will see a variety of wildlife. Including birds, squirrels, lizards and butterflies. Oh and an occasional cat or two.

DISCLAIMER: The room is in part of the basement that I converted into a bedroom. The room sits next to the laundry room and plumbing. You will be able to hear the laundry room and guest walking upstairs, The room has a space heater for heat and a floor fan for cool. (Quiet hours start at 10pm to 8am). The door in the room leading to outside is for emergency exit only and sunlight. The room is in the basement so it may smell damped at times, (No worries, I put a dehumidifier in the room that you can turn on or off when needed). Moreover, I put a fan and working AC unit to help circulate the air.

Guest will have access to the bedroom, *shared bathroom, kitchen, off street parking, laundry room, living and dining room. *The bathroom is a shared bathroom that is located on the main floor above. NO smoking, No extra guest, Pls.
