The host Rita and Mauro were very sweet and I truly had a great time!
The room was spacious, sunny and clean.
The location was convenient and quite simple to get to.
It was only one night stay, but they always made sure that I was comfortable.
I was not expecting but they offered me a full meals, which was very good ;) The hand grind coffee was tasty too.
And I enjoyed chatting with them. They are very generous and warm hearted people.
Thank you so much for the great hospitality! I would love to come back someday!
Grazie a Rita e Mauro
This was the perfect place to stay during my quick visit to Milano. Mauro welcomed me very late in the evening and really went out of his way to ensure I was completely comfortable. The room was very spacious and peaceful. Coffee in the morning was excellent and I left with a big smile on my face :)
Rita and Mauro are wonderful people- very hospitable, friendly and generous. They made me feel at hone the moment I came in! I really liked the coffee, which they grind at home and Mauro is a great cook - even his bread which he thought was a failure was one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted. I found the room as described and almost exactly like in the picture - no big surprises. It is also quite spacious. The neighborhood is quite conveniently located and not too far away from the tube and the centre of the city. Overall a great experience. I wished I had more days in Milan!
The hosts are as nice and friendly as one can wish. This has been described by many guests before me. My personal contribution is that when I have discovered that the cable of my notebook does not fit the Italian electric plug, Mauro readily gave me his for the duration of the conference I have visited. Smth. you do not get in the hotels.
Just to manage expectations, there a permanent long-term tenant on the same floor whose room is separated by a sliding wall. Though seem to be a very nice guy and our paths have crossed only once during breakfast.
