Our family's vacation home for the last 30+ years. Unique to the area. Panoramic unparalleled view. See whales from the deck during the annual run. Pristine uncrowded beach; walk for miles. Easy access to Lincoln City, Neskowin & Pacific City. No pets/no smoking strictly enforced. People limit is 6, strickly enforced.

The space
The house was built in the 70's by my parents, but was unfortunately never finished because they both passed before it could happen. Later my Husband and I finished the house from new sheet rock and support beams, to custom interiors about 13 years ago. We use the house ourselves as well as rent to those who seek rejuvenation and healing from the grind of everyday life.

Fully stocked kitchen equipment, gas fireplace, cable tv, Internet. 2 bdrms with a queen size bed in each, pull out queen sleeper in living room. Washer/dryer available for guest use.

Neighborhood highlights

Sprawling neighborhood of high end beach homes occupied by a high percentage of year round residents. Our neighbors on both sides of our house live here and very kindly watch over our place. Tons of nature abounds. Deer, Eagles, birds, seals, raccoons. Lots of roads winding through acres of fields and forest. Quiet, laid back atmosphere. And its tsunami proof!
