Ben is very outgoing and talkative. The location is good, not in the center but easy to get.
Clean room, warm hearted host and nice area to live. It's a pleasant experience of having conversation with Ben on lots of interesting topics. Also he offered his great dish of salmon to me, really delicious! Really recommend people visiting Munich live in Ben's place!
Highly energetic host who will go out of his way to accommodate your needs. 5-10 min walk to train with convent access to center of Munich. Also supermarket between the flat and train.
Ben is a good host. He is very friendly and flexible.
The room is clean and cozy. You can find anything you need in the room.
Kitchen is well equipped.
Location is good. It takes around 3 mins to S-Bahn. Lidi is only 2 mins away.
If you love to have interactions with host, this room suits you.
P.S. The room cannot be locked. I am okay with it. If it matters to you, you should take into account.
Thank you, Ben!
Ben really was a kind person. When I arrived at his room, he welcomed me by bringing me to a nice park (email hidden) garden with his nice friend. I could enjoyed myself very much. His room was clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay.
Ben was a very accommodating and friendly person! He was away for the first night but the other girl staying there let us in. We got a little confused with the address as there are two schneiders on the street! But ben's is number 11 not 17. :) other than that we really enjoyed our stay in Munich! Would definitely recommend!
I enjoyed myself when I was with Ben!
While I only had one night in his apartment, he did not neglect my welfare and still treated me very well. Took time to explain munich to me even though he was quite busy.
It is not often that one chances upon a host that genuinely enjoys hosting guest. Ben's hospitality has touched me and I'll certainly return should I be in munich!
The apartment is really cosy and comfortable.
The bed is big too.
I guess the only complain I have is that it's difficult to shower due to the low ceiling. But I guess that would only affect tall people.
Ben is really friendly! He gave us very specific and great directions to his place. He lives in a cute neighborhood that's a 5-8 minute train from the center of the city. He has two rooms.. The rooms are a good size.. Pretty small bathroom but it does fine. Not incredibly up to date but a good place to stay for a few days. Small kitchen but we didn't need a kitchen so it wasn't an issue. Ben is a really nice guy! If you're looking for a decent place to stay that's safe and comfy this is a good place.
Ben is a really nice guy, and knows a lot about China, that's really impressive. We had a really nice talk, and he also gave us a lot of useful information about Munich. The room is exactly as in the photo, clean and cozy. You can easily access the city center with the suburban train. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Munich with limited budget, it is the place.
Our stay with Ben was great, we arrived late and he was waiting in the cold in front of the house for us.. He was very very nice and answered all of our questions, we talked alot. The room was very interesting and cozy, it was enough for 2 people with room for weeks worth of luggage. We were at the house on a sunday and we forgot that all shops had closed, Ben offered us breakfast :)
It was truly a unique experience to live on the top floor of an old German building, I didnt mind the old doors, the squeaky floors or the slanted roof. Everything was very special and interesting (we are from HK) , Traffic to the place is very convenient, few stops from HBF to Westkreuz, and then a 5-10 minute moderate paced walk in the neighbourhood.
When we left, Ben gave us a gift, a guide book on the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, he knew from our conversation that we liked Florence alot and that wr had only been there 10 days ago on our trip from Italy to Austria..
I would recommend this place to people who want a nice cozy place near HBF and a Lidl shop 2 minutes from the room :)
