Spacious, bright 30s house on 3 floors with stained glass, mosaics, fireplace, period oak floors. The house has large windows for very bright rooms. There is a bathroom, two bathrooms, balneotherapy bath, two terraces and an indoor and heated pool if cold >10°C. (Not usable from November 15 to April 1) Closed property. Proximity to shops and the city center. Max parking 3 cars at the property.

The space
A family home where young and old will feel comfortable and 5 minutes walk from all shops. Spacious volumes, small corner of the countryside under the greenery.

Sheets and towels not provided for the entire stay on request and with an extra charge to be paid on site (8 euros/person) upon arrival. We would like to clarify that it is not allowed to organize parties with the arrival of people other than those accepted for this rental. We have a tenant in a small studio next to the house but who does not have access to the house or the pool.

2 min walk to the train station, 5 min walk to the historic district, shops and 10 min walk to the canal edge and therefore to the countryside. Just over 2 hours from Paris TGV.
