  • Dear Patrizia , we had a perfect time in you beautiful place, the airport service with Arturo was just amazing and arriving in the well heated place, coffee ready was very charming. To live so close to ponte sisto is my be the best start for a Rome trip!

  • The apartment is great!

We are a young married couple having the first vacation without our 2-year old son. Romatic Rome was the ideal place for us.

Located in the middle of Trastevere and yet in one of the rather quite streets. It has everything you need, from clean linen and towels to fully equipped kitchen, heating and AC to your need and good hot water in the shower. The shower is a bit small but that really isnt an issue. The TV worked fine though we didnt use it but were happy to hook our music to the stereo.

The interaction with Patrizia was simple, easy, and she was nice enough to provide all details. But, Arturo was the person in charge on site. He is a young, inteligent and trustworthy guy which made sure we had all we need and then some. We enjoyed him taking us from the airport to the place and then when we left back to the airport - was a fair price.

We appreciated that even when something goes wrong, and it can, like the electricity popping by chance due to a failed light-bulb, he was there within 10 minutes making sure we are ok and assisting in fixing the problem.

To conclude, we highly recommend the place and would go there again if we were so lucky as to have the opportunity to spend another holiday in Rome!

  • Me and my wife spent a very nice time in Patrizia's flat.
The apartment is really cozy and it is located in the heart of Trastevere.
Patrizia has been really helpful with us and she did arrange for us transportation from and to the airport.
    I would stay there again...
    Thanks a lot Patrizia!

  • We stayed in Rome for 2 days in Patrizia's appartment.
The place is very well located, clean and very nice to stay in.
We met Arturo, Patrizia's partner at the airport.
Arturo is great and can give a lot of advices about the city.
He also took us on a little visit of Rome by night which was great and allowed us to see the city from a true "Roman" point of view.
Patrizia and Arturo are great hosts and I recommend this place!!

  • I am just back after an amazing stay in the apartment of Patrizia in the beautiful neighborhood Trastevere. The apartment is very central located & clean. A big advantage is the air conditioning (which we really needed in hot june). Especially many thanks to Arturo who organized our check-in & out during our stay. He was very service oriented and he even organized a transfer on our way back to the airport.

  • This location is a walkable distance from the Roma Trastavere train station (roughly 15-20 minutes). There are plenty of restaurants, shops, hangouts, etc. in the neighborhood. The apartment is perfect, equipped with air conditioning (thankfully!). Historic Rome is just a short walk away (10 minutes at the most). I'd stay here again!

  • Patrizia's apartment is lovely. It is in Trastavere which is a fantastic neighborhood across the river. It is more touristy than I remember (I visited about 15 years ago), but it is fun with its small winding roads. There are also so many great restaurants in the area.

We arrived to a very clean apartment. Arturro met us with a key and showed us everything. It is a large studio apartment for Europe. There is a very comfortable King bed, a large closet and drawers for clothes. There is a LCD TV (though poor quality picture) but you can get CNN or BBC.

The kitchen area has a large table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a sink, stove top, toaster, Krups espresso maker, hot water pot. Plenty of dishes etc. There was also food in the fridge, and snacks. The only problem was that the Krups coffee maker takes a particular type of cartridge and there were not enough cartridges for our stay.

The bathroom is large with a sink, toilet, shower, bidet and washing machine and hair dryer. They supplied towels.

When we arrived we thought the street was quiet. However, and you should know about this, there is a restaurant and a bar on either side of Patrizia's apartment so it gets very noisy. We closed the shutters and the windows and kept the fan going to drown out some of the noise. Luckily we were so tired from our travels that we slept well!

The internet only worked one of our 4 nights in Rome.

Patrizia's employee Arturo was helpful. He also provided us a ride to the airport for $35 euro which was great!

Communication with Patrizia was really good until the last two nights when our texts to her about the lack of internet service went unanswered.

  • The apartement was perfect! Great location In Trastevere, You couldnt get any better! Its à studio perfect for 2 people. Very clean! Also its not very noisy compared to the bustling Travestere streets. Patricia was also nice to have left us a fridge full of fruit, drinks, bread etc for breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here! We loved it!
