The flat is located between Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo in a quiet courtyard of the ancient Roman nobility. In a few minutes you can experience the major historical attractions the cultural capital offers, such as Trevi Fountain, Phanteon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia and Borghese Museum. Moreover, just around the corner you can find the main shopping area walking along Via Frattina, Via del Corso, Via Condotti and Via del Babuino.
In the area there are several famous antique dealers, historical shops and boutiques of haute couture.
The flat is suitable for a couple or four people maximum. The flat, completely painted in blue, is located on the ground floor of a peacefull building at just a few minutes from Spanish Steps walkings along Via Vittoria. I's part of Palazzo Lepri Sili, an eighteenth century building that features a beautiful small courtyard closed by a series of arches and ancient marbles. Lots of plants enrich the entrance, especially during springtime.
The place was once a short-stay for famous artists.

Great place, lovely house to stay. We were 3 people and had a comfortable stay there. All attractions are so close that you won't need to use any public transportation.
Valentina was very helpful all the time. "Our house" was very clean, there was even a hair straightener!
I strongly recommend you this place as it is between Via Del Corso and Spanish Steps. The only problem might be about the sunlight. But since you will discover the city in the daytime, it shouldn't be a problem!
Valentina was very helpful during our stay in Rome! She was very nice in answering our queries and provided useful information. A pity that we were unable to meet due to the busy schedule.
The apartment looks just as shown. Spacious enough for the two of us. Located on the ground floor, it is highly accessible for travellers with huge luggage. All equipments are provided for. They even have coffee powder.
Carrefour express is just a couple of steps away. Branded shops like miumiu and longchamp are around the area. zara, h&m etc are on the street behind. Spagna station is about 5 min walk away. The streets feel safe even at night as the piazza is often filled with people. We walked to the vatican, sightseeing along the way.
The alley which it is located along maybe very dark at night. If you are taking the metro to spagna. Please note that there are stairs you need to take to reach the ground. It's about 7-8 euros to take a cab from termini.
Valentina was very kind since the beginning. She was flexible enough to adapt the check-in time to our needs, welcomed us to Rome and gave us many tips on places to visit nearby. The check-out process was also very flexible, since we just had to leave the keys in the apartment.
The studio was great and spacious for the 3 of us. Being on the ground floor was just perfect! The studio had many many mirrors (which for three girls is amazing) AC and hot water worked fine and the only issue we had was that the sofa bed was not so comfortable, but my sister didn't mind sleeping there.
As for the neighborhood... it is just amazing! The family-run restaurante right in front of the studio welcomed us as if we were part of the family and made us feel right at home. A real italian experience!
Our stay in Rome was just perfect and I definitely recommend Valentina's studio. I'll certainly stay there again when I visit Rome next time.
We were met at the apartment by a friend of the host. The apartment is litraly a short block away from Spanish steps and off the street, so its not effected by street noice.
Pros: Convenient location, well equiped, clean. No stairs to climb
cons: Bathroom stall is bit short even for us (we are only 5'6")
Valentina was very quick to respond to queries and helpful in providing details of how to find the apartment however we did not meet her in person, we were however a bit disappointed with the apartment.
The positives of staying here is that it is in the best location for everything in Rome, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment is very quiet considering how busy Rome is but as this is a studio the kitchen is in the bedroom and the fridge was quite loud at night. The bed is extremely comfortable and all sheets and towels were clean however the rest of the apartment could have done with a spruce up...electric sockets were hanging off the wall, the shower has discoloured grout and a large crack in the glass, the walls were stained and paint coming off the wall.
The apartment is smaller than we expected (but still a good size) as the mirrors in the pictures make the room look larger. The storage is also lacking, the shelves in the cupboard that are in the pictures were piled high with sheets, towels, and other stuff. There was an iron (which is ancient, very leaky and I feel in need of replacing) but no ironing board. Despite the location the negatives mean I don't think we would stay again.
We stayed in this apartment for the past week and loved it. It's a cosy little apartment with everything you need - fast wifi, towels, hairdryer and it couldn't be more central! A walk away from Rome's great sights and close to the metro station Spagna too. Valentina made us feel very welcome, even though we never got to meet her! She gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and answered all our questions. She kindly let us have the apartment as soon as we arrived and let us stay as late as we needed when we left! She was beyond accommodating! Loved staying in this apartment! - (definetely go to Frigidarium for ice cream & Da Francescos!)
Location, location, location! This apartment is in the perfect location. Very close to the Spanish steps (about two blocks) but just far enough away to not have to deal with the crowds. The area is surrounded by great restaurants, assuming you stay out of the immediate Piazza de Spaña. Victoria was wonderful! She met us at the apartment, and was very accommodating to a schedule change. The apartment is perfect for two, very comfortable, in a beautiful building.
