I sometimes travel overseas, and might just leave you with a door access code that allows you entry. However, if I am in Thailand, I will definitely find the time to show you around the area.
It's convenient and accessible to all the basic needs a traveller might want. Laundry, spas, saloon, restaurant, convenience stores, 24hr super market, sports bar, currency exchange, street food, wine bar, ..... what can I say. Lots
Most convenient taking a cab/taxi around because it cost less than a couple of dollars to get to the city. It is in walking distance to the Bus Rapid Transport of Bangkok also known as the BRT which will directly take you on a bus express lane to the nearest BTS train station known as Chong Nonsi.
Other Things to Note
The apartment as one of the best views in Bangkok from the swimming pool. It faces the Chao Phraya River and for the New Year's fireworks and the Kings Birthday, you will have the best unobstructed view of the sky's display of fireworks.
Please empty the trash on a daily basis to prevent pest and infestations, as roaches and ants are quick to infest.
I was not charging for water and electricity for 2 years, however, sad to say most tenants do abuse the fact and leave all the lights and air-conditioning on even after leaving the premises. Kindly please be mindful of usage and I will try to keep the water and electricity free of charge.
Smoking is no longer allowed in this apartment, if you need to smoke, please do so at designated areas - mainly located outside of the building. Please do not smoke at the apartment's balcony, my neighbours will file a complaint and I will have to charge the fine to tenants.
Noise at an acceptable level, respect others as you would expect others to respect you.
This is a cosy family apartment, no form of illegal activites will be tolerated e.g. drugs.
If there is anything else you need, just inform me, within reasonable limits, I will have it prepared for you on your arrival.
