We have a very cool open loft space just 5 minutes (via car) from downtown Denver. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and light rail just 4 blocks away.
We have 4 beds in 2 private bedrooms (and tons of airbeds). There is plenty of floor space for sleeping bags as well, probably just not as comfortable.
Please note: These are private rooms with shared access to the living room, kitchen, etc.
This is a great spot for anyone- from individuals to a small group. (We had 12 people stay here during the DNC!)
We have an amazing vintage skee ball machine that all of our guests get to play! Also, our house was featured in an episode of HGTV's "You Live In What!?" and Apartment Therapy. The building was once a church and also a Mexican restaurant!

Absolute amazing place to stay. A inconspicuous building from the outside, it amazes you even more when you walk inside, the pictures are very accurate. The space is very open and spacious but you can close the bedroom doors for privacy. Danny and Christy were very helpful with tips for the city or just friendly conversation.
The location is very convenient with a bus stop in front of the house, light rail within walking distance and downtown 10 car minutes away.
Should you want to stay in Denver I highly recommend Danny&Christy!
Danny and Christy were great! Easy coming and going from the loft, and couldn't ask for a cooler spot to spend time at when we were not out on the town. Bus stop right out front made for easy access to town, with the lightrail a short walk away. Would highly recommend staying here!
Great place, great folks, easy to work with. A+
I am new to Airbnb so I might not know all the ways of traveling with Airbnb. Danny & Christy were really nice. We were kind of surprised at the neighborhood because none of the reviews mentioned it was not the best neighborhood. Not too scary but the front door of the loft was spray painted along with a few cars on Saturday night. Doesn't look like the place was every hit before but it also seemed common in the area. Our car was not hit thankfully. The accommodations were nice - nothing over the top. The toilet paper ran out in both bathrooms available to us and we couldn't find any more so Saturday morning we went out and bought a roll. The paper towels also ran out. We hadn't seen either of our hosts and I'm sure they would've provided some if they we would've seen them to ask. All in all not a bad stay, would not stay again mostly for convenience and location reasons. We were out most of the time and the place was cool so it served it's purpose. I'm a big coffee drinker so for me I like to mention that you will have to run out to get coffee - again probably would've been able to grab some from Danny and Christy but we didn't see them in the mornings.
Danny and Christy were great! They gave us plenty of space, but at the same time they were very friendly and full of helpful tips for things to see and do around Denver. Oh, and their house is gorgeous, too!
This was my first airbnb experience, and I'm happy I chose to stay with Christy and Danny! Communication was great and they were easy to reach. Checking in and out was very easy. My boyfriend and I were able to cook breakfast in the morning and cook (great kitchen setup!!) without any troubles. We were able to come and go as we needed.
The location was very accessible and the area was easy to navigate. It was only a few minutes from downtown and just off a lot of the main roads. Christy provided some great recommendations for the area--restaurants and things to do. The loft was just like the pictures! I would stay here again when I visit Denver!
Danny was nice and welcoming. Parking was simple, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were only there for a short time, and mostly touring the city, but an extended stay with a larger group of people seems like a better use of their main space. Regardless, we were happy to see this space in person and even picked up a few good ideas for our own apartments. Would definitely recommend!
Danny and Christy were fantastic hosts with great accommodations. I traveled to Denver with my family to see if it might be a place we'd like to move to and Danny and Christy helped immensely to sell us on this great city. I don't believe we could have picked better hosts or a more interesting place to stay. We'll definitely be back for more skew ball soon.
Danny and Christy were great hosts! The first night we got in we all hung out drinking wine and playing "skins" (they can now teach you when you stay) til the wee hours, then they came to our NYE show the next night. Beautiful loft, great new friends, highly recommended!
Whenever we travel, we look for the most unusual/unique accommodations to enrich our experience. Airbnb has been an amazing source and Danny & Christy's loft was absolutely perfect. The loft is converted from a Mexican Restaurant that used to be a church! The place looks exactly like the pictures and is a feast for the eyes! Oh, and the Skee Ball machine is an absolute blast! But the icing on the cake were our hosts...so fun, genuine and helpful. We wish we had more time to chat but whenever we did, it was great fun. Thank You, Danny and Christy...it truly was a unique and quite a fun experience.
