This first floor 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of the old town on the famous Royal Mile. Suitable for both families and professionals alike this modern holiday apartment offers a magnificent centrally located base to explore Edinburgh city centre.

The spacious bright sitting/dining room features beautiful floor to ceiling window giving views over what is possibly the most historic street in Scotland, whilst also looking out onto St. Giles Cathedral. There is a dining table and sofa suite to seat four and a 32" flatscreen TV with freeview. The open plan modern fully fitted kitchen includes integrated Neff and Bosch appliances.

Both bedrooms are excellent in size, one with a double bed and one with a double and single bed. The bedrooms are on the upper floor and the rear of the building to quiet at night. There is a shower room upstairs and a full family bathroom on the lower floor.

Ideally positioned; the shops and sights of Edinburgh’s Old Town are literally on the doorstep and Princess street, only a 5 minute walk away. Recognised stores such as Jenners, Cruise, Louis Vuitton and Harvey Nichols are all nearby, as are leisure centres, cinema, theatres and exclusive nightclubs.

The St. Giles serviced apartment has been finished to an extremely high standard with modern stylish furniture and a range of amenities including Freeview television and free broadband internet access, independent central heating, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, all in comfortable surroundings to ensure a real home from home atmosphere.

Luxury 400 thread count hotel bedding, fluffy towels and White Company toiletries are provided for your comfort.

Guest access

Check in is between 4pm and 9pm on the agreed arrival date. We will either meet you at the apartment or leave your keys in a Secure Keybox outside of the property. Checkout is 10.00am on the morning of the agreed departure date.

We can offer an early check in from 1pm and a late check out until 12 for an additional cost of £20 if you require either of them they can be added to the booking after it has been confirmed.

We have branched out and opened a new exciting cafe in the Grassmarket just minutes from the apartment!

Pumpkin Brown at 16 Grassmarket is a healthy fresh cafe offering gluten free, dairy free organic and vegan food! Think Deliciously Ella... breakfast is overnight oats, chia pots, acai bowls, fresh smoothies and juices. For lunch we serve salads, Mexican bowls, a hot dish each day and speciality coffee and loose leaf teas.

All our guests get 10% - just let them know you are staying in our apartment and they will discount at the till!

This lovely apartment is literally five minutes away from everything you'd want to see in Edinburgh. The Royal Mile is right out your door. You're five minutes from the castle, museums and the train station. The view of St Giles cathedral is wonderful. It can get a little noisy because of all the people on the Royal Mile. But the bedrooms are quiet and the chance to watch the people walking by is worth it. Anna gave us clear directions on how to access the apartment. It was beautifully furnished and clean. A great experience.

Hi Everyone Thank you so much for everything Anna ...Everything about this apartment was really good. The location was perfect and the apartment was really good. It's in the city center and close to all events, shops & restaurants. Some days we stay in the apartment to enjoy the nice view and the beautiful atmosphere in-front of the apartment. I loved it so much... The host was really awesome, if we needed anything we get an immediate response to our request. The cleanliness was 100% perfect. Next time if I came back to Edinburgh the first and only option would be this apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. Once again Thanks Best Wishes, Samiyah

The best place to stay in Edinburgh old town, had a fabulous time and you go into ancient era when you have a 900 year old church right in front of you. Super hosts, made me and my family feel so comfortable, thanks so much guys for such a memorable trip!
