Studio of 22 m2, modern and renovated, fully equipped for 2 people : This studio is very quiet as it overlooks a courtyard (not street side). It is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for english people) (no elevator). you will see my name on the ringbell.

* 2 fresh towels.
* Clean sheets are supplied and installed in the bed.
* Soap / Shampoo / Conditioner in free use in the bathroom
* Free use of all household products (washing machine powder soap).
* for breakfast : tea, coffee, chocolate powder...

The daily open market is located 100m, open on Sunday mornings until 13h (1PM).
2 supermarkets :
* one at 200m , rue de Lévis, open everyday (except on Sundays)
* another one, rue de saussure (400m), open everyday (except on Mondays)
You can use for free all condiments (salt / oil / pepper / vinegar / spice / ...) as well as tea / coffee. Also, you can use what is in the refrigerator (fresh cream/ mustard / mayonnaise).
EAT AND BUY FOOD NEAR THE APARTMENT:
there's about 15 restaurants (and more!) in my street and around my apartment.
It is less than 2 min walk ( 250m) : a Monoprix supermarket , a Picard frozen food, lots of bakeries, several restaurants (bar à vin, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Indian , kebab, Moroccan , French gourmet, Breton, Subway, Mc Donald's, veggie, Hippopotamus great meat ... )

I love the amount and the variety of all the restaurants there, the daily market, the supermarket within 200m and le métro at 400m. it is not a touristic area. it looks like a small village with lots of small streets, small shops, artists places and restaurants. you will enjoy it :)

INFORMATION ON HOUSING / RULES :
This apartment is one in which I live every day , thank you to respect the places and my personal belongings .(do the washing up, get down teh rubbish bin, put the sheets and towels next to the washing machine)
No shoes inside the apartment : please walk barefoot or with your socks.
Thank you for smoking near the window only and please, use the ashtray.
If possible, thank you to remove your shoes in the apartment, to limit noise and protect the floor :-)
Thank you to respect the neighbors: Not too much noise / discretion (recommended if possible, close the window because the sound resonates in the yard, it is a very quiet building )
Thank you to turn off lights and electrical outlets after use.
Thank you for saving water (think of the world ;))
The hot water cylinder ( 100L ) is provided to two showers about 15 min .
Washing Machine: possibility of adding or not drying after washing.
# For garbage :
down the garbage in the courtyard near the entrance (green and yellow bin for various tray packaging, special bin for glass) door.
# The day of departure, thank you remove the sheets and stack them in the bathroom to wash and towels .
# You can use the laundry / cleaning products / condiments (oil / salt / pepper / vinegar / coffee / tea ) , foods that are in the refrigerator.
# Self service can be found in the kitchen ( no need to replace )
# Weekday , the Monoprix store is open every day except Sunday from 9h to 22h .
# Sunday, FRANPRIX shop is open all day rue de Saussure 300m from the house. or until 13.00 rue des dames.
