The house is very well located: quietly, 50m from all shops (bakery, supermarket, post office, restaurants, doctor, daily market in summer, halls...) and 2 steps from the beaches : Gollandières beach 700 m, (one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, supervised in summer, with a beach club for children) , Petit Sergent beach 600m, Gros Jonc beach with all water activities 10 minutes by bike.
Not forgetting the bike paths leading to Saint Martin (2.5km), La Couarde (2.5km) and all the other villages of the island ; rental of bikes, windsurfing, kitesurfing etc .
