ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat we offer is our nest-home when we are in Trieste, so it is decorated and furnished the way we like it: we hope you enjoy it as well.
The 19th century building has been recently renewed. The flat itself is about 10 years old but it is in very good conditions. It is a a 70 sq meters flat, second floor with elevator and security door. There is no view over the city but we have a small terrace and the area is quiet.
In the flat you will have: entrance with a big corridor and a big shelf book on the left side; one open space with living room and kitchen. On the right side a small access room opens to double bedroom and the bathroom. The sofa bed, that can become a second double-bed, is located in a room called "loggia", a sort of windowed veranda with NO door. Here can sleep two extra persons.
The living room is furnished with a table with four chairs and a cupboard. There is also a wall shelf book and a storage space where our private independent heating is located together with the stuff for the cleaning (vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop). The living room has an annexed small terrace with table and chairs for the summertime and also a windowed room called “loggia” with sofa, TV, ironing board and iron.
The kitchen has a table that we normally use for our meals, a sink, a gas stove, the oven and the fridge with freezer. There is no microwave and no dish washer. You will find glasses and cups, dishes, cutlery, cookware and the coffee pot.
The bedroom has a big double bed (180x200), two night tables, one escritoire, one wardrobe where you can store your clothes and personal belongings.
The bathroom has a tub, the WC, the sink, one bathroom cabinet, the wash machine and a bin.
The flat has independent heating for the wintertime but there is no air-conditioning for the hotter season.
It is not permitted to smoke inside the flat, but you can smoke in the terrace.

Staying in Trieste at Anna and Jordy's apartment was a perfect experience.
Anna's replies were super quick, and she made our arrival and stay in Trieste as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Her apartment is a little gem: cozy, warm, unbelievably quiet, fully equipped and extremely clean. Not to mention its colors and books. It's also well located.
Consiglio decisamente di scegliere l'appartamento di Anna e Jordy per visitare Trieste! // I definitely recommend choosing Anna and Jordy's place.
I had a very nice stay at Anna place. The appartment is very nice and confortable. It was also very kind from her to leave everything that was necessary for the breakfirst. If I had to go back to Trieste I would definetely contact her.
I have nothing else to say, only that it was exactly what I was expecting. For sure my best experience with airbnb.
(Sorry for my bad english)
This is my 2nd stay at Anna & Jordy's apartment and I will repeat what I said before: WONDERFUL. Perfect hosts, perfect apartment, perfect everything. Friuli-Venezia Giulia is worth visiting in the off-season, with their apartment in Trieste as your HQ. My highest recommendation, and I will book my loved ones in this apartment when they visit.
Truly a cosy and homy apartement with very nice and caring hosts.
I had a wonderful stay in Anna and Jordy's apartment. It's a beautiful, bright, and spacious space. They were very flexible with my arrival and departure times and gave a very complete "user's manual" for the apartment. Highly recommend -- I will absolutely look them up if I have the opportunity to return to Trieste in the future.
Anna has such a beautiful and cosy apartment. It really felt like home - everything that we needed was there. Her mother was at the apartment to check us in and was very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know for our four night stay. The apartment was perfectly located close to the train station and a short work to the main piazza. We would not hesitate to book this apartment next time we are in Trieste.
We greatly enjoyed Anna's comfortable apartment. It was very clean and home-y. The proximity to the train station and sites was great. Anna was very kind, too, and we love her gift!
We really enjoyed our stay in Trieste. Anna was a wonderful host, very accommodating and provided us with lots of information about Trieste. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well located for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend the apartment for an enjoyable stay, even with some severe weather we still had a great time which was partly due to Anna, thank you!
The apartment was wonderful and very nicely located. Anna was a great host.
Absolutely perfect in every way.
Perfect apartment, convenient and lovely.
Perfect host, Anna really had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable.
Before we arrived Anna gave us lots of information on how to find the apartment, (which is easy), local tips about restaurants and sightseeing, and she always got back to us quickly with the answers to any questions we had.
On arrival Anna was waiting for us in the apartment with city maps, guidebooks, orange juice, and even a welcoming gift. We couldn't have felt more welcome.
The apartment was clean, pretty and quiet, in a central location with a little balcony and lots of space to relax. Plus the entrance hall was very grand.
Thank you for such a lovely stay.
