Interaction with Guests
It varies depending on the time I have and the interest of the guest. I have taken my guests to museums, restaurants, bars, movies, tours of Harlem, artists' talks etc.
The close proximity to Central Park, the easy transportation, the feeling of a neighborhood as opposed to the busy feeling of Midtown.

I had a really good time at Roxanne's place. I felt welcomed immediately. The room was cute - bed was comfy. Apartment was warm and clean, and close-by to Central Park, which was a huge perk. Roxanne is a really great host! She's really friendly and had good advice regarding places to go and how to get there.
Excellent stay at this very convenient location to the bus and subway systems. Roxanne is a professional yet warm and colourful. The bed was comfortable, the neighbourhood was relatively quiet considering the proximity to the heart of Manhattan. Roxanne knows the city and has all relevant information you need to explore this city. Quick to respond my inquiry and welcomed me with keys and a hot cup of tea and biscuits. Excellent hospitality with warmth and charm. Much needed when visiting this large and fast paced city.
The room was very chic, comfortable and clean. Roxanne provided very clear instructions and was easy to get in touch with. I had a great stay. This room is perfect if you have an interview at Mount Sinai SOM! :)
Roxanne was an excellent host, very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and organized. The location was excellent for any work at Mt Sinai Hospital. Would certainly recommend and stay here again.
Lovely room, very comfortable sheets, easy to find and close to Metro. Roxanne was a great host!
Greatly exceeded expectations. Roxanne is a very warm and welcoming host and makes you feel right at home quickly. Her apartment is immaculate, clean and is a genuinely a nice a space to be in. The location worked out better than expected since it is just a couple of blocks from the 110th St. subway stop at the northern tip of Central Park which makes it very easy to get to the west side. East side travel is just a matter of hopping on one of the frequent busses which run downtown via 5th Avenue and Uptown via Madison avenue, stops for both are about block a way. Highly Recommended!!!

Pretty please do not request a booking more than two months ahead (as I may not be available and do not wish to cancel anyone's trip unexpectedly.) Also please reply with a profile photo, a bit about yourself and why you are visiting New York.
