Interaction with Guests
It varies depending on the time I have and the interest of the guest. I have taken my guests to museums, restaurants, bars, movies, tours of Harlem, artists' talks etc.
The close proximity to Central Park, the easy transportation, the feeling of a neighborhood as opposed to the busy feeling of Midtown.

I really enjoyed staying at Roxanne's place. The apartment was nicely decorated in minimalist style and warm tones. It was spotlessly clean. The room was just as the photo described and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of closet space and storage nooks for my things. Roxanne was warm and welcoming and fun to talk to. She greeted me at the door, showed me what was what and offered tea or coffee. She made suggestions for things to do and places to eat and had a drawer full of brochures in my room. I would definitely book with her again.
Roxanne is a wonderful hostess and I felt totally at ease in her space; she was warm and non intrusive at the same time.
The chic bedroom was perfect for me, bed extremely comfortable and a warm room.
The apartment is secured with a code key lock pad, and there is an elevator, so no fear in bringing your bags upstairs!
The building entrance is locked at all times with security camera in the foyer. I felt safe.
Really nice host and really awesome place. It is worth to live in here for the price!
Roxanne , was amazing , very friendly and helpful person.
The room is very good, the bed is wonderful to sleep and the bathroom was always clean . The common areas such as kitchen and dining room are also very good and I could use without problems .
Surely , I will use on other visits to new york.
Staying with Roxanne was my first Air BnB experience. I was very pleased with how soon she responded to my request to stay with her because I was very stressed about finding a place to stay with short notice. She greeted me when I arrived and made sure to clearly explain everything to me. The apartment was immaculate and well maintained. The room was comfortable with lots of storage. I was also impressed with her bathroom which was recently renovated. Roxanne offered me tea and coffee and was very friendly. It was especially helpful that Roxanne shared her knowledge of New York with me because I am looking for my own apartment. Though now that I have seen a place as nice as Roxanne's I have higher standards! I would stay with Roxanne again if I was looking for something short term and economical in NYC.
I had a really good time at Roxanne's place. I felt welcomed immediately. The room was cute - bed was comfy. Apartment was warm and clean, and close-by to Central Park, which was a huge perk. Roxanne is a really great host! She's really friendly and had good advice regarding places to go and how to get there.

My style of hosting is to meet and greet you warmly. Pretty please do not request a booking more than two months ahead (as I may not be available and do not wish to cancel anyone's trip unexpectedly.) Also please reply with a profile photo, a bit about yourself and why you are visiting New York.
