  • Jennifer is a wonderful host. Her apartment is clean, comfortable and stylish, and she was super-helpful with instructions on the best way to get to it. She also helped hugely with advice about the local area and sights worth seeing. The accommodation is superbly located. Jennifer is a cheerful, sunny personality with a good sense of humour. She helped make my experience of Toronto even more enjoyable.

  • Jennifer's appartment is warm and welcoming. Un havre de paix! like we say in French. It is convenientely located in the heart of the city in a friendly neigbourhood near by trendy cafés, a convenient store with lots of fruits :) museums, galleries and much more. Niched between the Fashion district and Baldwin Village, it is a stone throw away from a streetcar, a bike or a subway station although a lot can be done by just walking. Thank you Jennifer, I will be back!

  • I was really pleased with the my overnight stay at the Jennifer's place.

Her home was one of the cleanest I've every stayed at. I made sure that I cleaned up a bit after myself in the bathroom and made sure I followed her list of house rules left in the room before I left.

If you're looking for a clean place in a great location, I highly recommend a stay at Jennifer's home. I wished I stayed longer compared to less expensive Air B&B place I stayed in later in the week.

I felt safe in this neighborhood, even late at night.

  • The apartment was lovely and within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency and two different yoga studios. I especially liked the little outdoor sunken area where you could sit outside and write or have breakfast. I shared a bedroom at the end of the hallway with twin beds. The kitchen opens into a dining room and sitting area, and the bathroom got a nice amount of light.

Jennifer was away on the weekend, but she made sure to answer my questions and leave me a key, so I felt right at home.

Highly recommended. Note to airbnbers that 94B is the basement apartment, on the bottom left, just north of Grange Street. I was trying to get into apartment 94 by accident. :)

  • Jennifer was a great host; communicative and accommodating. The apartment was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Nice neighbourhood close to the museum, park across street and 15 minute walk or $8 cab ride to downtown.

  • As a first airbnb experience for me, I admit that I was a bit apprehensive with sharing someone's place (as opposed to having the place all to myself).

But things went very well. I would definitely try to stay with Jennifer again should I go back to Toronto.

  • I had a great time in Toronto, facilitated by staying with Jennifer. Her apartment was easy to find and well-situated for downtown, as well as being just over the road from the art gallery. It was well-organised so it was easy to be self-sufficient. The room was lovely; clean, spacious, warm, with a comfortable bed.
There's a great chinese supermarket just round the corner with a takeaway section at the back - very handy on your first night!
Jennifer was very welcoming, generous and helpful, and very kind when I accidentally woke her at 01.00 after miss-reading my clock! We had some great chats. This was my first booking with Airbnb and she was very reassuring. I would have no reservation in recommending her and her lovely apartment.

About
I am a professional living and working downtown. I love learning, travelling, meeting new people and experiencing life and grand adventures! I have lived in 4 countries, travelled in 56 (and counting!) and want to continue to explore. While I am 'stuck' at home I look forward to meeting new people from all around the world. I am a very straight forward, open minded person with a full life outside of work. I can give people alone time if they want but I also enjoy a great conversation too.
