Please read All details about my listing before booking. I live on 4225 west Crown ave the best way to access crown is off of Assembly take a right as you head East on Crown I am the 5th house on the right and it is red=steel siding, I drive a Red TOY Highlander that is typically in the drive way In the pictures I had a gold TOY Highlander at one time but now I got a red one Because I hit a deer with the gold one.

The space
I live in the Northwest part of Spokane. My home is located about 1 mile from Safeway and Walmart on Wellesley Street and there is a shopping center. The Spokane Transit Authority Bus stop is about a football fields distance walk from my home on Assembly St. I am walking distance from the VA Hospital. About 10 minute drive to down town Spokane. 15 minute drive to the Spokane airport.

When you book with me you have all 3 bedrooms at your disposal, along with large living/dining room, dinner table, large kitchen and bathroom next to living room. Bedroom one is next to bathroom and it has a full/double bed, a desk, desk chair, a closet and built in shelving and dresser plenty of storage for your clothing if needed if your here visiting on a prolonged stay, window, reading lamp, extra blankets, 2 towel in each room Bedrooms 2 and 3 is in back hallway of my home and has the exact same amenities but contain a queen size beds. After 4 guests the price for an extra guest is $20/ guest up to 2 as there is only 3 beds.

you will have access to the Front door of my home upon your arrival and my greeting you and which point you will be given a key for the front door only. Sometimes this host will make arrangements for guests to obtain keys from specified location if a situation occurs where host will be delayed from work and unable to meet guests on time. (I work in the healthcare field)

I work in the healthcare profession during the week, typically an 8 hour day that has me leaving my home for work by 7:30 am and returning to home about 4:30-5:00pm. I would always be available for any questions, concerns you may have by you contacting me on my cell , texting would be ok as well. Please don't hesitate to get a hold of me. If I don't answer the phone it means I am seeing patient's but feel free to leave me a voice mail and I would be able to get a hold of you in between seeing patients and during my lunch or break times. Communicating through the airbnb app is quick and easy and this hosts preference and it is just a quicker way of getting ahold of me.

As mentioned I live in the Northwest part of Spokane it's about 5 miles from downtown Spokane. The cross streets are Assembly and Bemis, I live in a nice neighborhood I have lived here for 12 years and have not had any issues with the neighbors or any break ins or mischief. It is walking distance from my house to the bus stop it would take you all of 2 min to walk to it. I am walking distance from the VA hospital and the Joe Albi Sports complex as well as walking distance or a 1 min drive to a 2 local restaurant called Fieldhouse Pizza and Outlaw Barb-q across from VA hosp located on the corner of assembly and Wellesley, there is also a coffee stand there.

I do have a cat her named Fiona. She is 11 y/o. She is really an affectionate cat but prefers to hang out downstairs, its rare that she goes upstairs to mingle with guests, only a few guests have had Fiona sightings lol. Her food and water are downstairs along with her litter box. she is exclusively an indoor cat. I also have another Cat named Soldier=he is the "Blacknight" he is 3 years old he is my official Airbnb Ambassador guests love him. He is non-discriminatory if you pet him he will be your best friend. He to is an indoor cat.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ: So if you are allergic to cats or don't like them then I would suggest you seek out another airbnb to accommodate you . Let me repeat this again....Do not book with me if you are allergic to cats, do not book with me if your friends or family are allergic to cats. It's pointless to enquire with me about where the cats go and if they get on the bed or this or that, if you or friends, family or you are allergic to cats or don't like cats don't ' book with me.

IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW SO THERE IS NO MISUNDERSTANDING OR CONFUSION: PLEASE READ. I your host sleep and dwell downstairs, I have a finished basement that I live in that has a master bedroom and bath, living room, and a den as well as a kitchenette, guests are allowed to come downstairs to do laundry I come and go that is to say I exit and enter the house via the backdoor that is 2 steps from the downstairs entrance in hallway just off of the kitchen. This is How I have ran my airbinb for the past 5 years. For some potential Guests my this is an issue, for a majority of my guests they don't seem to mind this set up and tey are just happy to get the big savings from booking my Airbnb overpaying much more to stay in a hotel. might nightly rate are very competitively price in comparison to other Airbnb's here in Spokane. Let the ratings speak for themselves. I have been a super host for 5+ years and have had over 700 reservations and about 99% of those stays are come with Positive reviews. Pretty Good track record I would say. Once more if you are not comfortable with booking my place because I dwell and stay in the basement, please seek out another AIRBNB that can accommodate you.

Guest access
enter the house through front door of house, at you disposal all 3 bedrooms 2 queen beds, 1 full size bedroom, large living room, large dining room, large kitchen, big screen tv , the bathroom is next to the room that has a full size bed. Guests are allowed to access the basement to utilize washer/dryer.

Other things to note
PLEASE READ PLEASE READ
Potential guests if you are traveling with young children infant age through toddler age up to age 10 I would please ask that you seek out another Airbnb , reason being is my home is old, its walls are thin as are the wood floors, young children and toddler aged children especially like to run and unfortunately it is really loud and disruptive, it literally sounds like a herd of elephants up above me, as I your host am down below in the basement. This is a personal preference this is how I run my Airbnb its just too loud. Please seek out another Airbnb that can accommodate you and your young children.

Historically I have always went with the instant booking option for potential guests to book with me, now for certain reasons potential guests will have to enquire with me and be approved for booking my AIRBNB. It is helpful is when guests enquire to include where they are coming from and who they are traveling with. It does not jive with me when a guest will just say hello and say i will be visiting. Airbnb is a 2 way street. Your a stranger to me I am a stranger to you but you are staying in my home. I am not asking you to give me your entire itinerary but just some details about your purpose and stay here in Spokane at my Airbnb. If you enquire to get an ok/approval from me to book my Airbnb and I respond with questions if you don't respond back it is highly likely that I will decline you.

You need to know that I am very leery of allowing guests who live locally here in Spokane book with me. In the past I have had guests who book with me who live locally turn out to be not good candidates. It begs the question why are you booking my Airbnb if you live locally? I have had folks that are fleeing domestic disputes with there spouses, Guest running their Johns and escorts out of my house, some suspicious activity involving drugs or selling of drugs, unfortunately also persons that I suspect are vagrant or living out of their car or homeless, its always a red flag when persons try to book last minute or day of bookings. Ultimately my ideal guests quiet ones and are traveling from out of town. This is how I run my Airbnb.

To first time Airbnber's I would highly recommend that if you do not have the Airbnb app on your Cell phone that you download it, it is so helpful and useful and very user friendly, it will literally make your life easier if your traveling. Hosts will appreciate it if you have it. I prefer to communicate on the app mostly but also receive the texts and email notifications. Also this Host greatly appreciates it when the guest is able to ball park an approximate time when they plan to arrive, typically unless there has been some kind of an arrangement or request from guests to check in early and I am able to accommodate them I have to have them check in after 5 pm>(late check in Is always ok you just have to let me know. A majority of my guests often check with me to make sure it is ok, it is I usually am able to accommodate for this) Its just nice to know so that I don't spend a lot of time waiting or anticipating you. I don't want to waste your time just as much as I don't want you to waste my time. Hosts love it when your precise or can at least give a tentative update when they will arrive. So again communication is key.

Neighborhood highlights

I live in a nice neighborhood but I still recommend that guests do not leave anything of value in car, truck, van this world we live in unfortunately yields persons that are desperate, and you never know better safe than sorry, All they would have to do is smash your window in. Common sense comes into play. I would hate to have a guest be robbed because of that. With that being said you are more than welcome to bring your stuff in and will find a place for it. Or in certain situations I have allowed people to park in the back to be on the safe side. Also I have allowed guests to put there mountain bikes in my garage along with other belongings it secure and safe as well. All you need to do is let me know and I will help you out.
