A cozy tailor made rattan style furniture room with patio in a charming colonial house, “Baannai”, situated in a historic residential district near Ari hip area.

The space
Baannai is a colonial house renovated for modern day comfortable stay. The host, an interior designer, intended to reminisce the glorious days of the house “Baannai-the house in the middle” where her 3 beloved great aunts used to live happily and surrounded by other family members in the other houses around it.

The room is one of the 3 rooms on the second floor, each with its unique design reflecting the different character of the previous owners.

This room is named “Benjamas” or Chrysanthemum. It represents the character of the eldest sister who
was graceful, almost formidable yet full of kindness. This room has a bit of masculine touch. The tone of colors in the room gives a calm and solemn sense with no use of vibrant colors. The custom made rattan furnitures mimics the old time home decoration when this material was very popular.

Guest access
Apart from your private room, you will also be able to access the public area of our property i.e lobby/restaurant area, garden, and second floor balcony.

During your stay
We have staff on site to assist you during your stay. However, their English skills is limited. The best way to communicate with us is via Airbnb message.

Other things to note
- Please note per Thai Immigration Regulation, we need to report of foreigners’ stay in our property, therefore, before check-in, please send us copies of passports. All guests who are staying at our property are required to submit these documents. Your passport information will be used for security purposes only. We have a full right to deny your check-in without any refund if you do not comply on this.

- External visitors and/or unregistered guests are not allowed to entry.

- As this is a residential area, please be respectful and mindful of other residents.

- Please also note this is our own residence and is not a hotel. You are renting our room with amenities provided without any refill and no hotel-like service will be provided

- Our team manages this listing remotely including self check-in/check-out. We do have our on site housekeeper to assist you but they are not fluent in English. Therefore, please communicate with us here in Airbnb or call us, we will try our best to address your concern/problem.

- The standard check-in time is at 14.00hrs. early check-in is subject to confirmation and additional charges may be applied.

- The standard check-out time is 12.00hrs. late check-out is subject to confirmation and additional charges may be applied.

-Do not change shower head and shower hose. It will impact to water pressure. Any damage oe malfunction, penalty fee of 1000 baht will be charged.

-The property is located opposite the train station. Guests may hear train and announcement noise between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Earplugs are provided for your comfort.

-The property is equipped with 4 external CCTV cameras located at the front gate (left and right), the area in front of the main entrance, and the rear garden area.

- Smoking of all kinds (eg. cigarette, weeds, drug) and Durian are not allowed inside the room and at balcony. If found, a penalty of 5,000 THB will be applied for odor removal and deep cleaning.

All cameras are installed for security purposes only and do not monitor indoor areas.

- just opposite to Samsen Railway station where you can take local train to the city or nearby provinces like Ayudhaya, Kanchanaburi, Huahin.
- As we are located opposite to railway station, potential noise from the station should be expected.
