The space
Our guest studio is very private with a private entrance and reserved parking space right out front of the studio. It is fully furnished and equipped with full size refrigerator, 2-burner cook top, queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, cable TV, WiFi, private deck and just about everything you'll need for your stay short or long term.

Guest access
You have full access to the studio, private deck, driveway and front yard area. The back yard and patio is reserved for our own privacy.

Our home is centrally located with easy access to US 1, Dixie Hwy, and I-95. We are a few blocks walking distance to LA Fitness, Fresh Market, Publix, coffee shops, movie theater, shopping mall and more. But none of them is right next door. All are at least a 10-15 minute walk.

Thank you for considering our studio for your visit to our destination. Combined we have more than 50 years experience in hospitality related business. From busboy, server, bartender to the owner of an award winning boutique hotel we've pretty much done it all. We stay involved in our community and serve on local tourism industry boards, neighborhood associations, business groups and charitable organizations to support our community as a premier destination to live, work, play and visit. Originally from Massachusetts Scott relocated to South Florida in 1986. He was licensed as a Massage Therapist in 1992 and a Realtor in 1995. For over 20+ years Scott has been able to successfully balance his Real Estate business with his "Right Touch Therapy" practice to help clients "Move in the Right Direction". Arturo grew up in Guanajuato, Mexico and has a passion for food. He has worked at some of the finer restaurants in the area as a server and spends almost all his free time in the kitchen creating amazing authentic meals and savory bites. We are well traveled and prefer to experience local communities in the destinations we visit. That is more easily accomplished when staying at boutique bed and breakfasts, small lodgings, and private vacation rental properties. Additionally we are building a home in a tiny ranchero farm town in the mountains of central Mexico that we hope to share a true authentic Mexican experience on the Airbnb platform some day soon. We welcome the opportunity to host you in our guest studio and will look forward to meeting you.
