My flat is located in a quiet street and yet at the heart of Montmartre, 5 minutes walk from the Sacré Coeur and the Moulin Rouge and 2 minutes walk from rue Lepic and place des Abbesses.
It's in a typical Montmartre building.
It is 45m2, on the second floor and has one bedroom. It has fully comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, internet access, hairdryer, kettle, coffee maker, etc!
There are a lot of bars, good restaurants and good food shops like typical French charcuterie or fromagerie just down the flat and even the 2011 and 2012 best baguette of Paris!
No worries, I always leave a whole list of places-to-go to my guests!
The underground stations are either the 12 (Abbesses station which is the nearest) or the 2 (Pigalle or Blanche station).
You can go everywhere with these two lines, from East to West with the 2 and from North to South with the 12.
Do not hesitate to email me if you need more information!
Among many other things, what I love about my neighbourhood is...restaurants!
For good traditional French food :
-La Pomponnette, 42 rue Lepic
-La Mascotte, 52 rue des Abbesses
For brunch :
-Rose Bakery, 46 rue des Martyrs (the best brunch in Paris !)
-Chez Marcel, 1 Villa Léandre
-Le Pain Quotidien, 31 rue Lepic
For a trendy (still delicious!) dinner:
-Café Burq, 6 rue Burq
For a dinner or brunch in a garden (which is not so common in Paris!):
-L’Hôtel particulier, 23 avenue Junot (kind of magical, for us, Parisian people!)
-L’Hôtel Amour, 8 rue de Navarin
For a good Thai dinner:
-Thai House, 42 rue Rodier
For a good pizza:
-Pepone, 10 rue Lepic
For a real Montmartre atmosphere, for lunch or a coffee:
-Le Nazir, 56 rue des Abbesses
You can also taste:
-all the bakeries, rue des Abbesses (Coquelicot, le Grenier à pain, chez Alexine) and Gontran Cherrier, 22 rue Caulaincourt
-all the“fromageries”, rue Lepic or rue des Abbesses, especially their “mimolette vieille”!
-the “pâtisserie” called Les Petits mitrons, 26 rue Lepic
Patricia was fantastic with providing us with information on where to eat in the local area, we went to a lovely restaurant in Montmartre based on her recommendation. The flat itself was lovely and clean and had all the things we needed to relax. Location is fantastic, only 5 minutes from nearest metro and easy to get to any of the sights. Overall we had a lovely weekend, and were impressed with the effort Patricia had put in to ensure we knew the local places to go, and especially with her communication both prior to and during our visit.
Nous avons passé un agréable we chez Patricia, l'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et surtout situé dans un super quartier.
Patricia´s flat was just as lovely as described, clean and in the heart of Montmartre. We enjoyed it very much! Patricia was a very nice and caring host and it was very easy to communicate with her before and during our stay! We can definitely recommend staying at her place!!!
Thank you for your hospitality, Patricia!
Patricia was great to communicate with. Her flat is in the best part of Paris — lots of independent shops, restaurants and bars nearby — she left us information about her favourite spots in Montmartre. The flat is very Parisian and charming, with wood floors and a hidden bathroom!
Perfect French apartment, everyone's romantic idea of how a French flat should be. Right in the centre of Monmatre with a great selection of food and bars. A bohemian vibe to the area with lots of places to sit and listen to singers, music or just drink in the views from the Sacre Cour. Correspondence brilliant before during and after the trip with really helpful tips of place to go, see, eat and drink. Patricia was very accommodating, looking after our cases until we left to save us carrying luggage. A special mention for the petit moulin, a funky little bar just up the road that has a great 241 cocktail hour! It is was amazing!
My boyfriend and I stayed in Patricia's flat for a week and we loved it. Patricia was very nice and gave us lots of information about the flat and the neighborhood, including good places to eat. The flat is located in a beautiful part of Montmartre and a 5-minute walk from a metro station. The flat was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Also, Patricia always responded to me quickly, including when I had a question during my stay.
