Enjoy our brand NEW (salted, not chlorinated) pool and spa. Secluded yet central, Harbour Town and the Lawton Stables are just a short walk or bike ride away.
The space
This house was just renovated and has tons of space to spread out, with a quiet closed door office, and a large sunroom filled with natural light.
You will be amazed by the designer touches and luxury finishes in this open concept and expansive space. Enjoy the Saltillo tile floors, the floor-to-ceiling windows, and all new stainless-steel appliances with quartz counters.
This luxury home boosts three en-suite bedrooms. Each of the private bathrooms have been beautifully refreshed to align today’s desired amenities.
Loaded with all the best outdoor amenities for the perfect vacation including ping pong, a hammock, outdoor dining, and a BBQ grill. Rare for our island, this home has just one tiny step at the front door and NO STAIRS.
With several championship golf courses located in Sea Pines Resort, this place is a golfer’s paradise. Bring your clubs and your friends for your next golf adventure. Nature lovers will enjoy the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, riding horses at Lawton Stables. Visit nearby ruins, Indian Shell Ring, or bike to Harbour Town to the famous Liberty Oak Tree, climb the classic-striped lighthouse, and lose track of time indulging in local seafood and live music. Hilton Head Island is a bicycle-friendly community, people of all ages can ride, or choose to take the trolley to key destinations around Sea Pines.

Since July 2021, there is no longer a toll on the Cross Island Parkway.
Sea Pines Resort requires access passes for all visitors. Please be prepared to pay $20-30 cash to the attendant. Ask them for a weekly rental pass. Do not purchase the daily $9. permit.
The door code will be sent to you 24-hours prior to your arrival and will be operational during your stay between the arrival time and departure time.
The address, Wi-Fi, and some other details will be provided after a confirmed reservation.
Savannah airport is about 45-minutes away and the airport on the island is about 2 miles.
This is a whole house (condo, townhouse, villa, or single-family home) rental and you will not be sharing any internal spaces with strangers. However, we do have locked-off rooms and closets for our storage. None of our properties have cameras or noise monitoring devices of any kind. Some of our properties have Alexa pucks, Google-enabled devices, Wi-Fi-enabled appliances and/or Sonos speakers of which may have microphones. You are welcome to unplug them if you have any privacy concerns. Do not unplug any of the internet equipment, remove any thermostat or smoke alarms. This could result in a potential fine and service call.
Other things to note
The 3rd bedroom has stacking Queen bunk beds. The room can sleep 4 people, but the upper bunk can only accommodate children. Nobody is permitted to sleep on the sofa in that room.
The fireplace is a seasonal amenity. Any guest use between March and November will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

My work: Hilton Head Escapes
We are Kirtis and Kristopher, formerly The Boys of Bodega Bay. We had a luxury bed and breakfast on the California coast in the quaint town of Bodega Bay. 2019 brought us a new adventure when we moved to Hilton Head Island. We want to bring the high level of hospitality we had in our inn to our new vacation rentals on the island. Both of us have been hospitality professionals for decades. In Northern California, I (Kirtis) have held the General Manager roles for a 5-star Napa Valley resort, leading Sonoma Coast vitality spa and vacation home rental agency. Kristopher has worked as an Event Coordinator, Executive Chef, and in Marketing and Real Estate Administration. We have reflected on our vast experience and extensive world travels and hopefully thought of everything you would need to enjoy our special space.
