GUIDEBOOK FOR AREA:

We are located on the outskirts of Hortonville, a tiny hamlet founded in 1848.

Bethel Woods is only a 20min drive on a beautiful county road. For those who don’t know, it was the location for Woodstock 69’. It’s a great concert venue with tons of shows/events, and has a cool museum that’s worth checking out.

Callicoon is the perfect little town to explore (just 5m away) with restaurants, grocery store, thrift and antique shops, artisanal goods, wine and coffee, and right along the beautiful Delaware River.

Callicoon is also home of the largest farmer's market in Sullivan County hosted year round on Sundays 11am-2pm.

Hortonville is perfectly situated between all the other cool towns that are worth exploring like Roscoe, Livingston Manor, Narrowsburg and many others—all roughly 20m drive.
