Rancho Pines I 1965 is our lil' slice of heaven. Situated in a quiet east big bear neighborhood. Close to activities. Built the year of it’s namesake and meticulously renovated. Outdoor space is embraced by towering pines . Max Guest Occupancy 4, 2 Cars.

Overview of House Rules:
Max Occupancy 4 Guests (including children), No day time visitors to exceed occupancy at cabin. 2 Cars. No Pets, Smoking, Street Parking. All cars must be parked in drive way (not parked in yard) Quiet hours are between 10pm-& 7am. No Hot Tub Use after 10PM. No portable radios outside or music heard from lot line. Fireplace has gas logs. No burning wood. House is located in a quiet neighborhood. We go out of our way to make sure it's a chill experience for those living around us.

California is our home. We are a family of three creatives based in Los Angeles with a passion for travel, great food, road trips chasing sunsets, and coffee with a sunrise. Art and design vibrates our souls and creating experiences that last forever. Our passion for all of these led us to beautiful Big Bear Lake where we purchased our first mountain chalet in 2016. This allowed us to get a break from life in the city, where re-centering was a much welcomed escape. We wanted a SoCal destination for our family and friends to gather, make lasting memories, tell stories, cook, go on adventures and live for the outdoors.
