At the foot of the City

House of 115 m2, 3 bedrooms (6-7 pers.), terrace and garden of 180 m2 overlooking the castle. Comfortable and fully equipped. Beautifully located a 5-minute walk from the city centre.

The space
This house is ideally located in the suburb at the foot of the Cité de Carcassonne. Not far from the center of the Bastide, it is in town but enjoys the calm of its terrace and garden.
It is a duplex family home located on the 1st and 2nd floors ( the garden is on the ground floor ) On the 2nd floor, a large 160/200 bedroom in open space, a child bedroom under slope with a bunk bed (3 beds 90/190) and one with 2 single beds (90/200) that can be transformed into a king-size for another couple + possibility to use the cot. For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival and towels are available to you.
On the first floor the day part benefits from a large living space with an adjoining terrace and access to the garden from which one can admire the ramparts and the castle. A large living room with an insert fireplace that you can safely use.( The first basket of wood is offered to you.)
WIFI is of good quality throughout the house up to the terrace.
