The Space

This luminous and homely Roman apartment is perfectly (website hidden) the center of Rome city just a few steps from the famous Spanish Steps staircase and the renowned Trevi fountain. You also are in the fashion district where you can find the best designers stores (Gucci; Prada; Aspesi..) within walking distance of your front door. Located on the 3rd floor, it is not too high up that you mind that there is not lift. The entrance area is very distinctive and charming, as you pass through a bright corridor with lovely large windows, modern paintings, and an oriental carpet.

The living room is welcoming thanks to a comfortable sofa (that turns into a sofa bed if you need it), two velvet armchairs, a low table for a cup of tea, a colorful carpet, a flat 32″ TV, and a library full of books. Next to the living room, there is a dining room with an inviting antique round wooden table with chairs, and a beautiful painting sketch.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. The master bedroom has a king size bed, night tables with an abat-jour, wardrobes, and paintings of birds. Air conditioning is a comfortable amenity. The bathroom has a bathtub, which utilizes a shower-head. There is also a separate room, which has just a shower.
On the whole, this apartment gives you the impression to being at home, thanks to the cozy and inviting furniture, the white wooden ceilings and the oriental carpet.

This is a comfortable and well equipped apartment that will instill a familiar atmosphere and at the same time you will find yourself in the most chic area of the city!
You are also very close to the subway station so every comfort is guaranteed!
