You will have a delightful stay while being located in walking distance from popular coffee shops, parks, and numerous trendy restaurants and bars. **Located less than 1 mile from SELU campus. ** Enjoy college sporting events, walking paths, numerous festivals and events throughout the year as well as a farmer's market on Saturday.

The space
Enjoy modern, contemporary vibes in this home away from home! The living area's open space concept is warm and inviting, TV and high-speed internet included.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and kitchen basics needed when dining in! As an added perk check out the coffee station with complimentary coffee, creamer & sweeteners. We will have a few on-the-go snacks out for you too.

Both bedrooms have queen beds and spacious bathrooms. Check out the shower in the primary bathroom! Basic toiletries, hair dryer, iron & an ironing board are available for you during your stay.

Enjoy having a washer & dryer inside of the condo, we've left a few detergent pods for you!

Guest access
Access to the condo is on the front of the building. A door code will be sent to you prior to the start of your reservation. This code will provide you with access throughout your stay.

Other things to note
This building is only a few years old & well built. Designed with a Downtown lifestyle in mind, the bedrooms are located away from the main street. For those light sleepers we have box fans in the bedroom closets for a little white noise ambiance.
