Self contained 2 bedroom basement suite with private entrance. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of amenities. Easy access from airport or down town via the Canada Line. The suite is just off of Main St., which features many restaurants and shops.
Brand new 2 bed room basement apartment. Completely self contained apartment with own private entrance. One bedroom with a Queen size bed and the other bed room with 2 twin size beds. The 2 twin beds can be moved around and pushed together to make 1 king size bed.
Apartment size 700 square feet or 65 square meters.
Slate tile flooring with radiant heat through out.
40" HD Flat Screen TV with Blue Ray Player.
Full kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, kettle, pots and pans, all utensils, blender and a dish washer for easy clean up.
In suite washer and dryer.
A little bit about your hosts, we are busy family of three and start our day by 6am. We have a lovely 2 year old Australian Shepherd that is extremely energetic and very friendly. No worries if dogs aren't your thing as he has his own area to roam in.

Limited interaction with guests as the suite is completely self contained.
Close to everything Vancouver has to offer. On a clear day take a walk to the top of Queen Elizabeth Park. One of the best views of the city of Vancouver.
No smoking in the apartment or on the property. Quiet time is from 10:30pm - 6:00am.
Erik was a wonderful host. Communication while booking was prompt and easy. We also had some nice conversation in the backyard during our stay.
The apartment was very clean, modern and provided enough space for us two and our two teenage kids.
The neighborhood is quite, but a SkyTrain Station is within walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay.
Erik is a dream host -- first of all, the design and layout of the downstairs apartment is magnificent, and the photos give precisely the right impression: light and airy, private, modern and clean. Everything was comfortable, feeling very much each detail had been chosen thoughtfully for a worry-free stay in an up-to-date space.
Communication was easy. We felt like we had our own space in terms of coming and going, with our own entry, etc. The street is quiet and charming, convenient to so many things. It was my wife and I and our two teenage kids. Plenty of space for the four of us.
We would definitely hope to find it available for another visit if the timing works out. This is a great place to stay in Vancouver!

We had a great stay at Erik's apartment. The space is bright, clean, modern yet cozy, and it had everything we could possibly need. Erik was a pleasant host and was very prompt in the booking communication. All the information we needed about the place was provided in a well organized way before our arrival. The place was exactly what we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

Who am I?
A father, a brother, a son, a husband an uncle, a cousin, a friend, a coach a business owner.
In my free time I enjoy playing badminton, squash or going for a bike ride. Taking our dog Clover for a walk some where fun. Spending time with my daughter is the best though.
