  • This is a great apartment, which worked well for us as a family of 4, it made are stay really enjoyable. The apartment is well thought out, with all mod cons in the kitchen, areas to eat and relax plus comfy beds. Well located to downtown, the airport, and Main Street with lots of restaurants and interesting shops. Would stay there again.

  • My family and I enjoyed the stay! The suite was nicely renovated, clean, comfortable, well appointed, and in a nice quiet residential location. Erik was easy to each and very helpful. Thanks!

  • Comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, clean, quiet (even with a cute dog), comfortable bed, well equipt kitchen and Erik seemed like a nice guy.

  • As a former Vancouver resident on a vacation back "home", I found Erik's place truly awesome.

The photos can't tell you the whole story. Besides its super modern and clean, you are going to find more than enough appliances, and amenities inside the property.
And a lot of empty wardrodes for our week stay.

Parking outside is always easy day and night.

We've gone out to Grouse Mountain for morning ski class each day during the Christmas week, and then to Richmond for lunch and dinner daily. Each way 20 minutes. Extremely convenient.

Erik provided great assistance during our stay, we text him and would receive replies in minutes.

Highly recommended. My family and my toddler already miss the place. My tot is still calling it HOME.

  • We had a lovely stay! Would absolutely stay again - we were incredibly thankful for the coffee press - a lovely touch!

    December 2013
  • This is an amazing place that is actually under-rated by the other reviewers. Erik has everything a traveler needs in this place to feel at home. Absolutely zero complaints.

  • This was a perfect apartment for our situation. We had to be at the BC Children's hospital every day from 8 to 6. The apartment was close to the hospital, just a 10 minute drive. it was roomy and quiet. There was lots of parking on the quiet residential street. It was very clean with all we needed to cook.

  • Clean and very nice suite. Highly recommended.

    September 2013
  • Erik's apartment is comfortable, modern and quiet. He is a gracious host and we enjoyed our three night stay. The location is fairly central - not far from the airport or from downtown - but also close to restaurants on Main Street. Having a car certainly helps, and there's plenty of street parking. The furnishings are new and the kitchen and bathroom were clean and well-appointed. Beds are comfortable and closets are large. There's also a laundry inside the apartment which saved us time. It's good value for money and I'd stay there again.

  • Vey clean. Tastefully appointed. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Private entrance. Motion-sensing entry lights. Nice neighborhood.

Who am I? Let's see... A father, a brother, a son, a husband an uncle, a cousin, a friend, a coach a business owner. In my free time I enjoy playing badminton, squash or going for a bike ride. Taking our dog Clover for a walk some where fun. Spending time with my daughter is the best though. More to come...
