Tellene B&B is located in a residential building in the Spinaceto neighbourhood, a 10-minute bus ride from the EUR Fermi Metro Station, on Rome's line B. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi.
All rooms come with parquet floors, and simple, modern furniture. A sweet breakfast is served at a bar 400 metres away or in the common kitchen that guests can use free of charge.
The building is surrounded by a park with free parking.
Guests have to call 30 minutes before their arrival or tell us their expected arrival time.
Adele is well-mannered, very cultured, nice lady. She was very understanding, made good breakfast for us and was really polite. The territory near house is very clean and quiet. The room is clean and comfortable/ The apartment is cosy and nice. The people in the apartment are good.
Nice host! I will recommend it for my friends.

Staying with Adele was a wonderful experience! She was kind, warm, welcoming and helpful. She made sure I was comfortable, and even made sure I had a ride to the airport very early the next morning. Adele's son, Alessandro, speaks great english and also helped me out a lot with directions to Rome and traveling tips. I would stay here again, for sure!
My stay here was very comfortable. When the temperature dropped, Adele came over with a space heater and extra blanket. If you want to visit Rome, consider staying here. It is not close to the city center and you will need to take a taxi home if you are out after 11pm. However, Adele kindly explains how to take the bus to the Metro and once you get to the Metro your adventure can continue to all the sites of Rome.
Mrs. Adele and her family recently opened B&B. The flat is very clean and Mrs. Adele and her family are nice and welcoming people to meet in Rome.
The flat is situated outside central part of Rome and it actually takes: 20 minutes metro drive from Rome centre, and approximately 30 minutes bus drive after metro (if you are lucky to catch the bus). When it comes to late or early hours, be careful with the bus - it is not quite reliable and comes only once per hour. Mrs. Adele offered free of charges car transfers to metro, but only at specific time frames 7-8 am, 4-5 pm , which is not quite convenient. The use of fridge in the apartment was very helpful as well as WiFI! After arriving, I was charged with tourist charge of EUR 2/per day, although description of B&B said nothing about taxes. This is because this B&B is officially registered! Breakfast - standard Italian, in the bar: cappuccino and sweet bun (so if you are used to normal breakfast, be prepared to provide it yourself).
Overall, considering the room change I had to experience (after approval of my reservation) and sharing the flat with constantly moving guests, my after-stay feeling is quite average.
You can catch the bus in time simply watching the site "(website hidden)", and we also suggest guests to do this if they have an internet device (we offer free wi-fi).
Obviously it's not very comfortable to be shuttled for free, but please note that's FREE. If you want to be shuttled at every time, you simply have to pay 1.50 € (the same as bus ticket cost). I think that nobody do a shuttle service for so little.
I'm sorry that you didn't know of the tourist tax, now I've inserted it into the rules of the B&B so everyone can see it.
We'll specify also the breakfast in the description, so everyone who's willing to pay 20 € for a single, private room in Rome knows what breakfast is going to have; surely not a 5-star hotel breakfast.
Of course you have shared the flat, you have not rented the whole apartment but only a private room. I also suppose that the constantly moving guests are the proof of the quality of our service, which was rated FIVE stars before your review, now it's four and a half, thanks.
La signora Adele e suo marito sono davvero persone cordiali e gentili.Appena arrivi al beb ti senti veramente a casa tua.
Massima pulizia e cordialita'.
This was my first holiday in Rome and I am happy that I chose airbnb to find a cozy and local place to stay. Adele and her family was really nice, accommodating and helpful in where-to-find and how-to-get there questions. :) I can recommend her place to everyone who would like to stay away from the city and see the outskirts of Rome as well. Lovely, home away from home feeling. Many thanks! :)
Adele is such a fine hostess! So gracious and anxious to please! We got lost at the train station, finally (email hidden), she had waited at the station for 2 hours! Accommodations were safe, clean and quiet! We so appreciate Adele and her husband helping us to get a cell phone-translating for us, shuttling us to buy pizza and to trains! We had lovely breakfast in beautiful surroundings. A great experience!
