  • The location of this apartment is perfect and the owner was always available to clear my doubts. However there are a few issues: first of all it was on the fourth floor and with a lot of luggage and a leg not working properly carrying the bags was incredibly difficult. Moreover, the stairs are small and steep, which means there is not much space to move the luggage up and down. Secondly, there is no air conditioned and in summer, being the room just below the roof, it quickly becomes insanely hot. The air cooler doesn't do much besides lots of noise. Only one towel per person was not enough for a longer stay and the space is definitely limited, for four people it is quite crowded. The downside of having to deal with a hotel is that timelines are stricter (no way to get the key at 14:50 for example) and the host doesn't do much to accomodate guests' needs. I would pick this apartment if you don't have much luggage and the weather is more forgiving, otherwise it can be quite stressful.

  • We were delightfully transferred to a studio right next to the Fielding Hotel, which made it extremely convenient for a family with 4 large luggages. Staff arrived to sort out the wifi problems within 5 minutes of receiving my call. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. An enjoyable experience.

  • Staying at one of the private Fielding Apartments is the best thing that can happen to you if you are visiting London for vacation, business, or anything else. What I paid for the whole week at Fielding was less than what I paid for one night a five star hotel in London, yet the experience was way better.

    In fact, I was upgraded to a private one bedroom apartment (Coptic Street) due to unavailability of this studio without any extra charge.
