No smoking or pets. We are an easy going household, but would like our home to be treated with respect and left as it is found.
Our stay with Kathleen and Robbert was amazing.
They are very kind and there hospitality is great.
We had a wonderful meal with them prepared by Kathleen.
Also her breakfast was a surprise. The room and bathroom was very
cosy and comfortable.
We want to thank them again for a short but warm stay with them.
Great to stay with fellow Airbnb hosts. Kathy and Robert welcomed us with a glass of wine on their terrace watching the sunset going down behind the maize fields surrounding Lescou. Prior to our arrival Kathy had very kindly emailed us with recommendations for local restaurants. We were treated to scrambled egg and smoked salmon for breakfast - delicious, thank you.
We loved staying with Kathleen and Robert on the end of our 3 day trip around the Dordogne. Their spacious barn-house is near Castillones (an under-rated, tranquil Bastide town) and Lougratte - lovely lake for swimming - as well as a smaller local one in the village. The room was spacious and comfy - with a nice en-suite - and Kathleen made us an epic continental breakfast as we left. Thank you again - Would recommend!
Kathleen and Robert were very warm, welcoming hosts. Excellent accommodation and nothing was too much trouble. Kathleen was very helpful with suggestions of village events and meals which we enjoyed and had a good knowledge of the local area. We have used several B & Bs and hotels in France and this was by far the best. Highly recommended.
Kathleen and Robert made me feel very welcome to their lovely home. Kathleen cooked a very nice meal and in the morning I had a full english breakfast which was a treat! I am hoping to stay with them again later in the year.
Kathleen and Robert were genuine, honest and extremely likeable hosts. I felt completely at home, and we shared many stories about our respective lives over coffee, red wine and Limoncello!
