Welcome to Magnolia Haven! Our home is a newly-renovated two bedroom one bath, bright and cozy home in the Sans Souci area of Greenville, SC. We are only 4 miles, a 7 minute drive, to downtown Greenville, 3 miles to Furman University and 8 miles to Travelers Rest! It is also located less than a mile from the Swamp Rabbit Trail for quick and easy access and within 17 miles of the Greenville-Spartanburg international airport. This cozy home is the perfect place to stay for your next vacation.

The space
The home's bright and beautiful den is a great place to have coffee with friends before venturing out into the city for the day or a great place to watch your favorite TV show to end a busy day of travel. The kitchen is large and bright with full size appliances and equipped with basic cooking and dining utensils. Full size washer and dryer are also included in your stay. The back room serves as a formal dining room and doubles as a work space. The large front porch offers a swing to relax and the back porch has more seating and leads to a firepit area. Each of the bedrooms are complete with memory foam mattress. The front bedroom is equipped with a TV and streaming capabilities.

Guest access
Parking is available in the gravel driveway on the side and back of home. Entrance to home is available from the back deck via smart lock on the inside door. Your passcode will be sent to you before arrival.
Guests will have access to the entire house. There is a door locked in the hallway that leads to an upstairs area that is currently used for storage. We ask guests not to go upstairs.

Other things to note
You could have a guest sleep on the couch but linens are not provided. At this time we are not pet friendly but if you have a furry friend we will allow certain animals with a pet fee. Please reach out to the host for more details.

Family friendly neighborhood! It provides easy access to Cherrydale Plaza where you can find light shopping such as TJ Max and Hobby Lobby. There is a Publix and Walmart Grocery within a mile of the property and if you are trying to get downtown, its a short 7 to 9 minute drive to Main Street!

Hey there! My husband and I have lived here in Greenville where we are raising our two beautiful children. Magnolia Haven has been in the family and housed many guests over the years so we decided to share it with you! The upstate is home to all of us now and we love the easy access to lakes, the quick drive to the mountains and all of downtown’s great food!
