This home is so welcoming and cozy! The views were amazing, the sun rise off the back deck was delightful to sip my morning coffee. Nice amenities and clean and well taken care of, this home was a quiet, secluded treasure! My only wish was for more time to Explore! Robbie's restaurant down the hill was a lively, local treat! Could not have asked for a better experience!

Linda did a great job communicating all of the pertinent information regarding the listing. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting her or her husband, but Linda's sister Sybil was a joy (and very helpful). The house felt very comfortable, as if it was my own family's home. Very accommodating space (8 people in our party), and plenty of utility (the porch area was a dream when the stars broke, restrooms held without issue). Perhaps a bit distant from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, but in my opinion well worth the drive. Not only do you get to see more of the great state of Arizona, but you feel a comfortable sense of removal from the hectic city. We would love to stay again, and perhaps even at Linda and Steve's home in Oregon.

We had a wonderful time at this place. Even though Linda was out of town her sister was there to fulfil all of our requirements and she did an excellent job. The location was nice, peaceful with an excellent view. Highly recommend for anyone planning a vacation or a relaxed time in Sedona.

Hi! I am a Retired Eugene 4jTeacher and current UO instructor. My husband, Steve, is a builder/carpenter. We are both naturalists and trained in outdoor education and connections with the natural world. For the last decade, through our own school, Campsight, we have shared instructional experiences and inspiring adventure at our precious lands here in Walton on Chickahominy Creek. We are continued students of the wilderness that surrounds us daily in this incredible Coast Range environment. It is our passion to share it's wonders, beauty, and the revitalizing magic. It is our hope that those who find us via the Bed and Breakfast option, will (re)discover the simple joys of earth-time and nature immersion!

*ARIZONA Addition! Our Rimrock canyon county home is now offered only on AIR BNB! Linda is an Arizona Native and Steve is a former NAU Student who conducted research for Museum of N. AZ in extensive Grand Canyon Studies. Too, he has been a river guide on the Colorado River. Linda is a 4th generation Arizonan. We deeply honor and respect the sacredness of this natural WONDERland!! OH! And Steve, along with help of Linda's talented family built this home with Much Love, Skill, and lots of labor! It shows ;-)
