Located in Glen Iris. Glen Iris Train station is approx 100 metres from the apartment so a few minute walk. Glen Iris is 13K from the CBD. Glen iris station is 100 metres from apartment and High St Tram is 200 metres from apartment which will take you in to the CBD, Prahran, Malvern etc . The apartment is east north facing. You literally wake to a sunset from the east facing bedroom window and balcony and other windows are north facing. The outlook is extremely green and private. The property is surrounded by bike and walking tracks of Gardiners creek Glen iris.

Very easy and straightforward 4 night stay. Prompt communications with Bill, the host. Good location with transport, park and good cafe nearby. As we were an evening arrival with no car I was disappointed no tea or coffee was available until we walked down the road to the cafe for breakfast the next morning but after we did a grocery shop we were set up well.
We have a great stay at the apartment. It's was fantabulous. Would definitely recommend it to others :-)
Me and my family had a wonderful time at Bill's apartment. Its bright, sunny and holds everything you need. After a 22 hour long journey with a 2-year-old and a 7-month-old baby, the clean n cosy apartment was all we needed. Bill always responded to my queries on time was very friendly and easy to deal with and sent very easy access instructions. The place is furnished just right and I faced no qualms in the check-in and check-out.
Bill gave us our space but was there to help when he needed. He also helped us in getting a new place for rental. Being new in Australia, our first experience of living in this country was great Thanks to Bill. :) Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with my stay here and would agree with the other reviews. The location is good, the apartment quiet and comfortable as described. I had a car but for public transport the tram or train is pretty close. Nice bakery coffee shop right nearby, Only small issue I like fresh air and a few windows in the place cannot be opened. I didn't actually meet Bill but he always responds by phone or email as needed.
The apartment was well located next to a railway station and bus stops. As the unit is situated at the back of the group there was very little trafic noise. The foyer is a bit grotty and there were a few issues with the kitchen. It was a lovely sunny apartment and very warm for our winter stay but could be hot in the summer.
We had a very enjoyable stay at Bill's apartment. The location is literally a 5 min walk away from the station and we felt safe walking home at all hours. The apartment is lovely and had all the necessities we needed. Bill himself is very professional and was kind enough to even bring over a hairdryer for me the very next day. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne for more than just a few days.
My boybriend and I had a great time there. Bill was really friendly and willing to help. He also has effective key dropping arrangement, which had made us feel comfortable eventhough we arrived pretty late at night. The room is a great, cozy one-bedroom with fully equiped kitchen. The location is only 5 mins from the train station, which was very convenient and only 20 minutes from the city.
This was my first stay in Melbourne and what a wonderful experience.
The host: Bill is nothing but professional, friendly and very understanding and flexible. I was delayed getting into the city and had to keep postponing our initial key-handover meeting time. Bill was very understanding of my plight. Dealings with him since in my 5 week stay here have been very much the same.
The Apartment: It is exactly what I needed and one would need. All amenities one needs are available, including parking. Everything works well and efficiently. The sun-drench throughout the day results in a happy mood. The location is wonderful as well: easy access to the highway, train station (city center journey only 15 min), trams and shops (+/- 500m up the road). Chadstone shopping center (the largest in the Southern Hemisphere) is only ten minutes drive away. There are beautiful running/walking paths winding between the trees in the neighborhood. Of an evening (even throughout the day) there are people running, cycling or walking their dog here. The building has very friendly/ helpful neighbors as well.
