All charm in this classic Saratoga Painted Lady. Cosy 1 BR with private entrance off a small porch in a quiet section of a great neighborhood on the East Side of Saratoga. A five block walk to Broadway and all the action of great restaurants, fine shops, and too many watering holes to list.

The space
Light and charming layout. Full size bed, dresser, and large closet in the bedroom. Bathroom has a tub and shower unit. Kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc. Free Wi-fi. Television with local over the air coverage, and a Roku with remote, plus additional hdmi inputs for connectivity.

Other things to note
Free street parking is almost always open in front. Saratoga has alternate side parking which changes sides every morning (8am) except for Sundays. However, half a block away to the east, Nelson Avenue, heading north away from Caroline (map with instructions will be in the apartment) there is same side parking which many guests elect to use.
