  • Wonderful location. Ria was very helpful when I had to call for instructions.

  • I only stayed for one night but I found Ria to be very personable. Her apartment is very tidy and the room itself was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend her!

  • Ria's place was great. It's in a great location. I'd say the only challenge is parking so if you can not have a car you'd be better off. If we could have we would have just taking public transpiration or walk everywhere. We'd definitely stay at Ria's place again!

  • Ria was a great guest, everything was well organized and the room was really comfortable. The location is super convenient for commuting to Downtown as well as dining & shopping at west 4th. I strongly recommend.

  • I really enjoyed my stay at Ria's! Directions to get there and in were perfect, and the view was amazing! The room and apartment were cozy. The location was excellent in kitsilano, close to shops and restaurants and a safeway. I could walk into downtown in 20-25 minutes and it was literally 5 minutes to the beach. Ria was a lovely host and it was nice to meet her! I would definitely stay again and will recommend. Thanks Ria!

  • Ria was such a gracious host, and her place was perfect! With a view of the mountains, and just a short walk to the beach, I was one happy camper! I would definitely recommend Ria's place.

  • I highly recommend Ria's place, which is a very clean and well organized space. Although the room is a bit small, the view outside window is terrific. I have had some experience in B&B stays and this room is one of the cleanest.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is walking distance to bus stop (going to UBC and downtown Vancouver), grocery stores, whole food market and all kinds of restaurants.

Besides, Ria is a very nice and easygoing person.
