Located on 76th street ocean block. Building has a roof top pool. Minutes from route 90. Walking distance to mid town and dozens of nice restaurants. Large balcony with bay and ocean views. One of the nicest buildings in the city with breath taking views:

The aspect of having threes bedrooms and every bedroom having its own spacious bathroom really helps. I wanted a modern beach feel. A space where you know you're at the beach but all the modern touches of a home.
Nothing is more relaxing than having your own space within a space. Whether you are a family or a group and want to go to dinner, the beach or going out there's no need to fight for a bathroom when you have three at your disposal.
This unit also includes luxury bedding and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for a light snack or a full 6 course meal.
The beach is right across the street. The huge balcony provides hours of peaceful living without the noise of down town. It can be accessed by the living room and the master bedroom.
I fell in love with this building because it's quiet, some what secluded, close to everything, has the roof top pool, 1800sqft, covered parking and literally a 2min walk to the beach. You cannot find anything like this in the city.

76th street bay side. Considered mid town. 2min drive from route 90.
Bus stop in front of the building. I always recommend UBER. Since its on 76th street you are within 10-20 streets of everything. There is a sunsations on the corner and a grocery store two streets down.
Other things to note
FYI: the recent renovation has been completed but pictures have not been updated yet. All rooms have new flat screen 4K tvs, furnishings and Paint.
Family oriented atmosphere and security is top notch.
Different rates are based upon what time of year, prime seasons and off season. Be sure to check with pricing and times.
-This unit is designed to be enjoyed and not destroyed. I pride myself on providing a beautiful space. I have issued these rules so everyone will be able to enjoy the same quality stay time and time again. When you leave it should look and smell how it was when you arrived. I have created these rules due to incidents I have encountered over time. 95% of guests who stay are never an issue but I would rather outline things than just assume.
-No smoking. There is a smoking detector. If alerted this will be a $250 fee.
-Any damage/theft/noise violation/fine will result in collection from security deposit.
-No pets unless preauthorized.
-Trash/waste must be removed from property.
-Any and all used sheets/towels to be removed from beds/bathrooms and to be placed in laundry room.
-Do not place any pillows on the kitchen/bathroom floor. They can get ruined.
-Please do not leave cooked food in cabinets...example: a baked ham in a baking pan placed in a cabinet.
-Leave all comforters on the same beds they were on when you arrived.
-DO NOT SLEEP ON PILLOW SHAMS most of these are dry clean only items for decorative purposes.
-Any rips/tears/stains/burn marks will result in collection from security deposit.
-The cleaning fee is to cover a basic clean not for a free for all.
-This is my home and I expect it to be treated in a respectful manner.
-No BBQ GRILLS ARE ALLOWED DUE TO FIRE CODE
