The apartment is housed in an old, well maintained building on Via Salaria, which lies directly between the famous Salaria and Parioli districts and is only a 5-minute walk from Porta Pia, Villa Borghese, Porta Pinciana and Via Veneto. You can also reach Termini Train Station in 10 minutes on foot or by bus.
The apartment has been completely restored in an elegant style and provides optimum comfort for an enjoyable stay in Rome. The apartment is located in front of the famous Roman Villa Albani, built in 1743 by Carlo Marchionni for Cardinal Alessandro Albani. The capitulation of Rome was signed on September 20th 1870 in this villa, which has since become a museum belonging to the Torlonia Family. In the direct area you will find several restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and shops to choose from. The apartment, located on the second floor, is composed of a large double bedroom with double bed (twin beds are available on request), a living area with a new, comfortable sofa bed and TV, a fully appointed kitchen with a table, and finally two well-equipped bathrooms. Amenities: Air Conditioning, TV with Satellite Channels, Reinforced Door, Double Glazing, Washing Machine, Oven, Microwave, Hairdryer, Iron, Linen, Towels, Soaps, Daily Cleaning (on request and for a small fee).
collection of the key: take agreements with us before the arrival day in order to know the exact arrival time in the apartment.
The apartment was very nice. I like the location because both Villa Borghese and Villa Ada are very near, for walking and running. Getting the center is easy by bus or pleasant by walking through Villa Borghese. The apartment does not have any living space, so the kitchen is the central place. It is nicely furnished. The large bedroom has two extra fold-out beds, so there is potential for 6 in the apartment (4 + 2). I don't like the fact that Costanza added extra city tax upon arrival, and my son (age 19), who arrived first, said he did not feel well-respected by Costanza. Other than that, it was a nice place.
