View from Living area to kitchen, to Master Bedroom 1, to Secure Key-Access Elevator entrance
Perched comfortably above the hustle and bustle of Little Italy and Chinatown (North Corner of Mulberry and Canal Street), where the eastern edge of SoHo meets the edgy Lower East Side, guests step into the elevator and step out directly into the exposed brick and tin ceiling loft, of the most gigantic space among the many that I host.
Warning: the pictures fail to show the true enormity of the space!
Both of the two master bedroom suites, each with ensuite full baths, are large enough to be studio apartments in Manhattan! There is a further large bedroom in addition to two large living areas, dining area and modern open kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher, 3rd full bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer.
Want a massage after a day of traipsing through Manhattan? The second living/family room/den has a full-body massage chair!
Feel like cooking a big dinner or entertaining in a dramatic, wide open space? The main living/dining/kitchen area is approximately 1600sf on its own.
As with most of the other buildings surrounding the loft, this building once was one of many garment factories and warehouses located in this district. Today's Mulberry Street is home to fashion, creative, entertainment and high-tech businesses as well as residents.
Just below the corner loft's noise-eliminating double-glazed windows, the hustle and bustle of Mulberry and Canal Streets goes about daily life. The view outward from the loft feels as though you're sitting in a VIP box watching a show in a big arena. Except the arena is genuine, authentic NYC life. It doesn't get more real, as well as visually captivating.
On the comfort side of things, each of the bedrooms has brand new queen (large double) beds. One of the master suites has a brand new king (extra large double) size bed.
Furnishings are contemporary and appropriate for the space, as are the pictures and objet d'arts decorating the vast exposed-brick interior.
The modern kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, plates, utensils, substantial counter space...makes for great dinners at the big dining room table just beside.
There is a Bose SoundDock, plus 2 large flat screen tvs, one in each of the living areas.
Along with the 3 large bedrooms, there are also two fold-out sofabeds, each is a double.
Wireless Internet, cable TV and climate controlled central heating and AC are provided along with fresh towels and linens.

Stayed 5 days and loved the location and the apartment. It's huge, especially by NYC standards, and very well decorated and laid out. The pictures and description are completely accurate. Walter and Billy were great hosts. Very attentive and reachable as needed. Was nice they let us keep it until late afternoon the last day.
This was a fantastic place to stay and Wally was very welcoming and gave us some great local tips.
The location was fantastic with a short walk to restaurants, shops and the subway.
Cannot recommend this loft highly enough and I will definitely book again.
Thanks again Wally.
Fantastic apartment , spacious great location close to subway , 15 minute walk to shopping in Soho and close to lots of restaurants. Host is fantastic met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment .
Huge apartment in a great, central downtown location. A classic NYC loft.
Incredible stay at this huge and well appointed apartment. We had 24 family members for Thanksgiving and everyone had a place to sit. The separate TV watching area was a huge bonus for the 6-8 folks interested in football. The apartment layout was great with private elevator, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The mattresses were comfortable and bedrooms very quiet for being in such a busy part of town. Little Italy and Chinatown are great places to be in middle of, with grocery stores, subways, Starbucks, shopping, massages, galleries, and adventure right outside the door. Wally, Larry and Wally were such a help during the planning phase of our trip and were very warm and welcoming once we arrived. I highly recommend this rental.
Great space and fun location.
Always easy to contact hosts.
Loved our stay in Little Italy!
Was welcomed with perfect hospitality and ease of checking in. The house was just as gorgeous as the photos showed. The location was perfect and close to the subway. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Blessed with our little girl Samantha, we strive to be better people everyday with the little things in life. We used to run thru the nightclubs and live the crazy lifestyle...we couldn't live without late night movies, the latest bar/lounge/club, being in "THE IT" crowd, running off to Paris or a quick trip to Vegas at a moments notice for a few days!
Funny, but we now get up at dawn and love to go to the Zoo, reading, although presently its all about Dr. Seuss's "Hop on Pop", and walking thru the city and exploring all the different neighborhoods. We enjoy going to ethnic restaurants and exploring tastes while exposing our girl to all NYC has to offer.
As we are a mixed couple, living within this diverse city gives us a sense of home that we cherish. We are a small family with a HUGE extended family that live in the New York and Maryland area and work hard developing our relationships with our family.
When we travel we appreciate a host that welcomes us like family, but stays out of our business. Thats what you can expect from us. We want to be available to you if you need, but otherwise, enjoy your privacy and have fun. We believe that being a good person is crucial and that good things happen to good people. That is what we are....good people.
