About this listing
View from Secure Key-Access Elevator entrance to Dining area to kitchen (3500 sq.ft.)
Perched comfortably above the hustle and bustle of Little Italy and Chinatown (North Corner of Mulberry and Canal Street), where the eastern edge of SoHo meets the edgy Lower East Side, guests step into the elevator and step out directly into the exposed brick and tin ceiling loft, of the most gigantic space among the many that I host.
Warning: the pictures fail to show the true enormity of the space!
Both of the two master bedroom suites, each with ensuite full baths, are large enough to be studio apartments in Manhattan! There is a further large bedroom in addition to two large living areas, dining area and modern open kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher, 3rd full bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer.
Want a massage after a day of traipsing through Manhattan? The second living/family room/den has a full-body massage chair!
Feel like cooking a big dinner or entertaining in a dramatic, wide open space? The main living/dining/kitchen area is approximately 1600sf on its own.
As with most of the other buildings surrounding the loft, this building once was one of many garment factories and warehouses located in this district. Today's Mulberry Street is home to fashion, creative, entertainment and high-tech businesses as well as residents.
Just below the corner loft's noise-eliminating double-glazed windows, the hustle and bustle of Mulberry and Canal Streets goes about daily life. The view outward from the loft feels as though you're sitting in a VIP box watching a show in a big arena. Except the arena is genuine, authentic NYC life. It doesn't get more real, as well as visually captivating.
On the comfort side of things, each of the bedrooms has brand new queen (large double) beds. One of the master suites has a brand new king (extra large double) size bed.
Furnishings are contemporary and appropriate for the space, as are the pictures and objet d'arts decorating the vast exposed-brick interior.
The modern kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, plates, utensils, substantial counter space...makes for great dinners at the big dining room table just beside.
There is a Bose SoundDock, plus 2 large flat screen tvs, one in each of the living areas.
Along with the 3 large bedrooms, there are also two fold-out sofabeds, each is a double.
Wireless Internet, cable TV and climate controlled central heating and AC are provided along with fresh towels and linens.

A great property , exactly like the photos and host was great , we got in late and met us there. Great location and Mulberry Street was blocked off for the labour day weekend for traffic which was a great party atmosphere. Would recommend this place to anybody as the main room is huge .
Host scortese e supponente moco disponibile a qualunque richiesta
I would like to make the record clear. This guest asked for a late check out till 7pm for she had a night time flight. When she booked I explained if no reservation that follows her reservation, I can try to accommodate a later check out. Official check our is 11am. If another reservation is coming in that day, How can I accommodate that late of a check out. The Loft is 3500 square feet and has 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms.
I need at least 3-4 hours of extensive cleaning.
I explained at check in that I can store her bags till 1pm as a courtesy but the cleaning lady needs to start at 11 am and to come back for her luggage.
Apparently there was a mix up in translation for the guest assumed a check out at 1pm not leaving luggage. The guest was not appreciative of me extending courtesy to hold the luggage, she was just upset. I even offered money to help with the situation. As you see no complaint about her stay, just that she could not be accommodated in a 8 hour late check out and a mix up luggage storage.
Most of my reviews are very positive in property as well as my customer service.
That is what I strive for.
I cannot help when guest do not consider there late night flight departure, maybe she should have had a earlier flight departure time or consider a extra day.
The loft and location were really good. We ate in the restaurants recommended which were excellent. We had take out from the chinese opposite twice and it was FAB. We used UBER and also the train as Canal Street is so close. Mulberry Street is really lively and we loved being in the heart of Little Italy and China Town. The downside is the noise, we all needed to wear ear plugs to sleep . I would also recommend guests take their own blackout blinds as the curtains do not block the light. Overall a great trip.
The space in the loft was fantastic and the location excellent. Billy was our contact while there but beyond giving us access and a quick run down of the place and answering any questions we had, we did not need to contact him again because everything was provided. The location was excellent being right in Little Italy and on the border of Chinatown - lots of choices for eating and a pleasant surprise when Mulberry St was closed to traffic over the weekend. Also access to the subway was good.
Extraordinarily large and comfortable apartment in the heart of Little Italy and China Town. Very much fun to just walk around the neighborhood. Very conveniently located to walk to One Trade Center, Brooklyn bridge, shopping.
Two large bedrooms and one small bedroom all with comfortable beds. Plenty of closet space. Full kitchen potential if desired. Private elevator entrance just to the apartment.
Host courteous and prompt.
When I go back to NYC, I'll definitely rent again!
Billy greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful place. He made us feel welcome as he was able to answer all of our questions as well as provide us with directions to the close by local market.
The host canceled this reservation 2 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

About the Host, Billy, Larry And Wally
Blessed with our little girl Samantha, we strive to be better people everyday with the little things in life. We used to run thru the nightclubs and live the crazy lifestyle...we couldn't live without late night movies, the latest bar/lounge/club, being in "THE IT" crowd, running off to Paris or a quick trip to Vegas at a moments notice for a few days!
Funny, but we now get up at dawn and love to go to the Zoo, reading, although presently its all about Dr. Seuss's "Hop on Pop", and walking thru the city and exploring all the different neighborhoods. We enjoy going to ethnic restaurants and exploring tastes while exposing our girl to all NYC has to offer.
As we are a mixed couple, living within this diverse city gives us a sense of home that we cherish. We are a small family with a HUGE extended family that live in the New York and Maryland area and work hard developing our relationships with our family.
When we travel we appreciate a host that welcomes us like family, but stays out of our business. Thats what you can expect from us. We want to be available to you if you need, but otherwise, enjoy your privacy and have fun. We believe that being a good person is crucial and that good things happen to good people. That is what we are....good people.
